Is your engineered flooring product made in China? Does your engineered flooring adhere to ANSI/HPVA EF 2009 manufacturing standards? Isnt it true that virutally every city in the United States cannot maintain the 35%-55% humidity requirements to maintain your warranty year-round? Is it true that the Terms of Use of your website voids the right of consumers to sue BuildDirect in Small Claims Court? Is it true, that consumers must utilize an arbitration company to settle disputes that BuildDirect selects? Is it true that if a consumer uses the arbitration process dictated in your Terms of Use that it requires them to travel to Canada to do so?
