Buffalo Wild Wings

On Saturday February 4th 2023 my husband, his cousin and myself went to Buffalo wild wings in Twin Falls Idaho. We haven't been there for a long time so we decided to go there and watch some basket and have a few drinks. Once we got there and sat in the bar we were asked to see our id. The two of them showed their id (after telling the waitress that was crazy). All three of us are 68 years old. My husband asked to see the manager and he also asked to see the id. I just had foot surgery so I haven't been carrying my purse with id. But still they would not serve me without id. So we told the manager that we will never be back and we will give Chili's our business. Besides Chili's chips and salsa is much better and also their food.

So tonight my family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wing in Wilson NC and the service was slow and terrible. It was 4 tables in there when we got there and I only had 4 people with me so it should have been easy. Well, you got it, it wasn't. We waited over an hour for food and never received anything. People came in after us and they received their food. The waitress stated that there was only one cook and manager in the back. We never got an apology or anything. We were promised that our food was next and they provided food 3 tables of people that came in after us. The service was terrible. This is the second time this happened to me attending this restaurant. I will never go here again. There was at least 8 to 10 people on staff, but still no good.

I do believe that something needs to be done about this place

Wings are frozen and absolutely sickening, almost vomited on first bite! Never shall we return, I mean who cant make a good wing!
Wish I could give them and thier staff a negative 5 stars, floors and tables were filthy, gunna tell the BBB!

B dubs in Westerville sucks! I've been there countless times hoping for a better experience but no. It's ban from our house. We are constantly chasing after the waiter or waitress AND our server looked at us and laughed in our faces because I guess she didn't take a black man and a white woman as a serious relationship. $#*! her and $#*! b dubs! You couldn't pay me to back

The food was overcooked got the wrong food the orange wings tasted like buffalo wings very spicy hot not what orange chicken is waitress too busy talking to her friends you have to yell to be understood (granted it was Thursday night football) could not get napkins or silverware

I am a teacher for a small school district. I took a 8 students on a field trip and we stopped at BWW. All the students went to the bathroom except one. The waitress there told me that I could sit where-ever. She didn't see that I had a full mini-van full. I slid two tables together, and got a very flippant response from her. And she walked away. Another waitress came over to complain. "How many are going to join you?" I told her 8 more.
The staff was very rude and it was 1:00pm. Only two other couples were there at the time, but they made us feel like we were giving them too much work to do. I will not be going back again.

I would leave minus stars if I could. We have gone on at least three occasions, specifically for the appetizer sampler. Every time they have been out of an item for the sampler and refused to substitute or sell the sampler without everything. The last time, we called in advance and were assured they had everything. Fifteen minutes later, we arrived, ordered drinks and then found we were misinformed and they were out of something again. I have lodged several complaints with corporate, who apparently aren't concerned with the reputation of their franchise, so I will hit them in ratings everywhere I can find.

Havent been in a while and was so looking forward to boneless wings. They were the dryest wings i ever had. It is a shame when the tator tots are cooked better than what you are suppoae to be famous for. Dry and as hard as ever. No I didnt complain as I was with someone buying my "dinner" as a thank you and didnt want to hurt his feelings. I ate 2 of twelve and was going to bring home rest and see if I could "save" them. The container opened as I was leaving---dropping all over the floor. Better just to throw those horrible things away. Probably no saving anyway

I meet a buddy at Bwubbs at the bar. They only had Coors light, PBR, and Miller light. The other beers on tap was out even Wild Herd Bwubbs beer. I thought no big I ordered a beer and Asian zing and Orange chicken wings. They bring the wings out to my buddy and the guy sitting beside me actually gets mine. Bartender takes them back into the kitchen and brings them back and sits them in front of me. I said I don't want those just give me my tab. She said I had them make you more. Yeah right! Just give me my tab. You know they didn't throw that away, they are understaffed. Two people waiting on the whole area. I don't blame her because she is a hard worker. I blame poor management! How do you let that many brands of beer run out! Just easier to eat at home anymore!

Corporate, fix this place or make it a carwash. All aspects of this restaurant are terrible. From the lack of greeters to the slow and non-friendly service and absolutely terrible food, your facility is a disgrace to any wing establishment. COVID is over, so hire staff, get a real manager and fix this poor excuse of a food establishment. You are an embarrassment to your company culture and the community. To you white collar executives, visit this dump sometime, and you will be impressed!

The Aberdeen, SD restaurant, has repeatedly provided very poor customer service, whenever we have tried to order from there during peak hours or weekends. The staff at the pick up side are always rude and have no idea what they are doing, and our orders had to be sent back all three times because of multiple reasons. I. e. Cold food, way too spicy, over cooked, wrong order completely. These people need to get their act together. We won't be going back to that store.

I ordered the Ultimate Nachos today through Door Dash. The menu is set by Buffalo Wild wings not Door Dash to Bdubs controls what and how you get anything except the delivery. The nachos only had a sprinkling of cheese, a small tub of sala, and nothing else when they arrived. Their picture of the dish has all the options on it - chili, peppers, chicken, and so on. But those are not the default and the website has them buried so deep you have to dig to find them. The amount of chips was ok but the toppings were almost not there at all. For $2.00 worth of chips, 4 tables spoons of cheese, and a very small tub of sala (think Wendy's ketchup tub for dipping) it's not worth the $10.29 price. I was also charged $20.01 n total but the meal was $10.29, add the delivery fee of about a dollar and a $2.50 tip. That adds up to under $14, not the $20.01 I was charged. Poor buy in my view. I won't be buying that dish or anything else from Buffalo wild wings again.

Just left Buffalo Wild Wing on the date of Sep 16 2022 in Starkville MS. We waited over 30 minutes for our order inside this establishment. Drove 30 minutes back home only to be disappointed because these wings where the worst I've ever had! They were over cooked very hard and tuff to chew, I feel like I've been ripped off for my money I spent at this place. Don't think I'll be coming back to this place again!

Buffalo wild wings is decent enough to enjoy food and drink. Remember when supermarkets almost gave away chicken wings? I have been to the original wing joint in Buffalo, NY. Those suckers caused the price of wings to go up. Buffalo Wild Wings represents those origins. Who doesn't love shipping a spicy wing into blue cheese, eating it, while they drink a tasty beer. I love that place. Dammit, I haven't been there in a while. There are just too many things to do and the wife gets on my case when I go out for wings and a drink. So what is a man to do in that situation? The answer is to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, have a couple of beers with a batch of wings.

For a company that bases its' name on their main product, you would think that they would have pretty good wings; right? Not! I have been to several of their stores, with friends, and they all have the same thing in common; Small, Dry Wings. They use very small wings to cut costs that have very little meat on them. They deep fry their wings and since there is not much meat on them it makes them very dry. If you put enough sauce on anything you can probably eat it, But Why?

It's stupid that my order was cancelled because they were out of wings. It was 9:30 pm on a Thursday. The driver came to the place and they canceled.
I will never order there again.

We made reservations for 16 they said an hour wait why not sure wasn't that busy we waited got a table for 8 huh? Weren't allowed to push tables together huh? Everyone had there orders messed up one was dropped on the floor it was cold also. We got there at 5:30 didn't get done till 8:30 I'm not sure about the others but we won't be going back
