Wish I could give this review zero stars, as it was in my top three worst servers of all time! Isabell the bartender took my order and took my card and that was IT! I had to go to the waitress station myself after waiting 20 minutes for a refill as it was empty. I got my check five minutes after food and not even close to being done. The restaurant was empty pretty much! She was more worried about complaining about the manager and dropping the F bomb more than myself and pull up her pants so it gave her a wedgy every two minutes. She wasn't doing that she was inputting her tips and counting her tips and checking her phone.! Waitress had to go behind the bar just to get her drinks! After looking at Yelp, I can see why this restaurant is struggling. I have to say that the owner needs to start firing and getting people that know customer service! First rule customer service you never ever curse out on the floor and definitely don't complain about management or customers can hear you. The biggest rule is make sure your customers drink is filled! It's sad when the customer Hass to go to the waitress station to get his own refill! Management get your store together already! Looking at your Yelp you can tell you are failing!
So tonight my family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wing in Wilson NC and the service was slow and terrible. It was 4 tables in there when we got there and I only had 4 people with me so it should have been easy. Well, you got it, it wasn't. We waited over an hour for food and never received anything. People came in after us and they received their food. The waitress stated that there was only one cook and manager in the back. We never got an apology or anything. We were promised that our food was next and they provided food 3 tables of people that came in after us. The service was terrible. This is the second time this happened to me attending this restaurant. I will never go here again. There was at least 8 to 10 people on staff, but still no good.
I do believe that something needs to be done about this place
Havent been in a while and was so looking forward to boneless wings. They were the dryest wings i ever had. It is a shame when the tator tots are cooked better than what you are suppoae to be famous for. Dry and as hard as ever. No I didnt complain as I was with someone buying my "dinner" as a thank you and didnt want to hurt his feelings. I ate 2 of twelve and was going to bring home rest and see if I could "save" them. The container opened as I was leaving---dropping all over the floor. Better just to throw those horrible things away. Probably no saving anyway

The food was overcooked got the wrong food the orange wings tasted like buffalo wings very spicy hot not what orange chicken is waitress too busy talking to her friends you have to yell to be understood (granted it was Thursday night football) could not get napkins or silverware
I would leave minus stars if I could. We have gone on at least three occasions, specifically for the appetizer sampler. Every time they have been out of an item for the sampler and refused to substitute or sell the sampler without everything. The last time, we called in advance and were assured they had everything. Fifteen minutes later, we arrived, ordered drinks and then found we were misinformed and they were out of something again. I have lodged several complaints with corporate, who apparently aren't concerned with the reputation of their franchise, so I will hit them in ratings everywhere I can find.
Corporate, fix this place or make it a carwash. All aspects of this restaurant are terrible. From the lack of greeters to the slow and non-friendly service and absolutely terrible food, your facility is a disgrace to any wing establishment. COVID is over, so hire staff, get a real manager and fix this poor excuse of a food establishment. You are an embarrassment to your company culture and the community. To you white collar executives, visit this dump sometime, and you will be impressed!
It's stupid that my order was cancelled because they were out of wings. It was 9:30 pm on a Thursday. The driver came to the place and they canceled.
I will never order there again.
Ordered burger with no cheese came out with cheese waiter asked if i wanted it scraped off? I said no please a new burger. Daughter order a 10 piece mild boneless wings and that was as cold as ice. Waiter questioned about the wings. Service was terrible.
We got completely yelled at not once but twice for honestly something we didn't even know we did! We didn't eat there because of the rudeness of the bartender! We were at the Eau Claire Wi establishment. We will not be going back to Eau Claire WI Buffalo Wild Wings anytime too soon. The day we were there was Saturday 3/11.
B dubs in Westerville sucks! I've been there countless times hoping for a better experience but no. It's ban from our house. We are constantly chasing after the waiter or waitress AND our server looked at us and laughed in our faces because I guess she didn't take a black man and a white woman as a serious relationship. $#*! her and $#*! b dubs! You couldn't pay me to back
Wings are frozen and absolutely sickening, almost vomited on first bite! Never shall we return, I mean who cant make a good wing!

I am a teacher for a small school district. I took a 8 students on a field trip and we stopped at BWW. All the students went to the bathroom except one. The waitress there told me that I could sit where-ever. She didn't see that I had a full mini-van full. I slid two tables together, and got a very flippant response from her. And she walked away. Another waitress came over to complain. "How many are going to join you?" I told her 8 more.
The staff was very rude and it was 1:00pm. Only two other couples were there at the time, but they made us feel like we were giving them too much work to do. I will not be going back again.
This is at the Ft. Gratiot MI location: I was really treated like dog crap last night at this location when usually I've had good experiences the last 3 years. Tonight was terrible. I KNOW they were busy and the hostess told me there'd be maybe a 15-minute wait when I came in at 7:15 pm. I said 'fine' and sat nearby and waited. I was in plain sight there for at least 35 minutes going on forty and what really p****d me off was that 2 other parties of 2 and 3 people came in, got on the waiting list, and were told of the wait and 5 minutes or a bit more and were blatantly seated before I was. Others also went ahead of me but this appeared to be different, probably reservations called in. The hostess made herself more scarce as my time went on. I got fed up and left because i was at risk of missing the last nearby bus pickup plus I didn't like this treatment. I don't know if they practice age discrimination, single diner bias, if this is company policy and procedure, or the hostess was messing up. Most likely some explanation or excuse will be provided later.
They treat you like slaves they don't give you a lunch break, also if they're short handed they expect you to work a double. I've worked at a Buffalo wild wings in navarre and it's been the most terrible experience of my life. I hated working there.
On Saturday February 4th 2023 my husband, his cousin and myself went to Buffalo wild wings in Twin Falls Idaho. We haven't been there for a long time so we decided to go there and watch some basket and have a few drinks. Once we got there and sat in the bar we were asked to see our id. The two of them showed their id (after telling the waitress that was crazy). All three of us are 68 years old. My husband asked to see the manager and he also asked to see the id. I just had foot surgery so I haven't been carrying my purse with id. But still they would not serve me without id. So we told the manager that we will never be back and we will give Chili's our business. Besides Chili's chips and salsa is much better and also their food.
Ordered 20 wings with fries from the Green Acres mall Buffola wild wings. 10 was suppose to be parmasuan and 10 lemon garlic. Picked up the order all 20 wings were lemon pepper with no fries. We drove a good 25 minutes to pick up this order; needless to say when we got back home we realized we had all lemon pepper wings with no friis, Called Buffolo wild wings and thay had the nerve to ask for my credit card number over the phne to issue a credit, Of corse I declined and asked for a manager. Manager Chis got on the phone and said we would be compensated when we retun to the location the next day. Sunday next day we called to speak with Chis to confirm our arrival; needess to say there was no Chris and Oneil said he was the manager on duty. Oneil confirmed we will receive compensation when we arive to the establishment.
We arrived expecting some sort of apology for the inconviemnce instead we received salty fries and no management ever acknolwngimg their horroble mistake.
We will never order from this establishment again.
I meet a buddy at Bwubbs at the bar. They only had Coors light, PBR, and Miller light. The other beers on tap was out even Wild Herd Bwubbs beer. I thought no big I ordered a beer and Asian zing and Orange chicken wings. They bring the wings out to my buddy and the guy sitting beside me actually gets mine. Bartender takes them back into the kitchen and brings them back and sits them in front of me. I said I don't want those just give me my tab. She said I had them make you more. Yeah right! Just give me my tab. You know they didn't throw that away, they are understaffed. Two people waiting on the whole area. I don't blame her because she is a hard worker. I blame poor management! How do you let that many brands of beer run out! Just easier to eat at home anymore!
