LOUSY SHIPPING DEPARTMENT, POORLY PACKED, MISSING KNIVES, EVEN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY WERE IN THERE WHEN SHIPPED, USPS INVESTIGATION - WE'LL WAIT; NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. BUY YOUR KNIVES ANYWHERE BUT HERE! DISGUSTED CUSTOMER!
Really honestly cant think of anything I ever ordered that I didn't like... some items are a little better than others but over all I've always been satisfied

You receive good quality and great prices on most everything at Budk. The Knives need just a little edge touch up when delivered, otherwise thumbs up.

One of the buckles has already broken so dont look for quality in BUDK products. I know they say you get what you pay for. But you'd expect a simple belt buckle to last more than a day
We ordered the surprise box for my son as a Christmas gift. He loved all the items sent. I would order this again for someone and recommend it to others.
These people are a nightmare. So many better places to order the SAME merchandise. Wildbillwholesale.com is way way better. Cheaper and they actually know how to treat a customer. Budk falsely advertises their mehandise. I ordered three full tang swords. Two was befause it was buy 1 get 1. First cut attempt it fell apart revealing less than half tang and the blade was glued into the handle. Not rigeted as was advertisers sed. The rivets were fake. 3 weeks to get a return label. Filled out the form for replacement merchandise because inwasnt going to just flush the shipping charges (way overcharged) I paid down the toilet. They ignored the form and refunded half of my money. I am still fighting with them to get the rest of my refund. These people are truly morons in the true definition of the word.
Ordered knives and a cup on 26 Nov, on a two for the price of one offer. Received all items on 2 Dec, 5 days later. Pretty darned quick! Have always had good service from BUDK!
He absolutely loved it! It was sharp which is rare for most swords these days. And the blue was a perfect shade. Thanks so much! Will order again soon

They offer a discount if you put in email but don't tell us the rules until they have your email.dum
The knives are of better quality than I expected. Very well worth the price. Will be ordering more in the future and would recommend anybody to order something
BUDK rarely disappoints and I am always satisfied. Even if you get something that has any flaws they will replace it or refund you. They value their customers
Great knife I had one of these years ago but it somehow got lost... Great quality knife... shipping a little high would probably buy more items from bud k if shipping was lower
I received a catalog in the mail yesterday, tried to order today and prices are increased by 50%. She said it was an old catalog! Then why did you send it to me? I will shop somewhere else
