CS Representative was extremely discourteous, continually cut me off and interrupted our conversation, very unfriendly and hard to understand. Tone was as distasteful as I have ever experienced. Did not treat me as a customer but as an adversary. If I had this person working for me in my business, he would be terminated immediately.
