In the times that we are living in, it has become relatively harder for us to go out and shop and wait in long queues. I am glad I found this reliable pet supplies store that sells a wide range of supplies for my dogs and cats. Despite the pandemic, I am happy to know that they are working their socks off just to keep our pet's safe. They have been delivering my goods well within stipulated time and I cannot thank them enough. Really amazing to say the least. Thank you!

I was whining about pet care expenses yesterday in front of my friend. Usually it's affordable but I lost my job before 2 months. While I was being fussy about it, he advised me to try BudgetPetCare to buy stuff for my Bruno. And WOW! It turned out to be a great budget protector. I just ordered Advantage for my pooch and BudgetPetCare saved me half of the bucks that I usually spend on other sites. Now let's see how the product quality turns out to be! But 10/10 for super saving prices! Thank you guys!

I came to know about BudgetPetCare through my sister who is not only a crazy cat lady, but also a money grubber. If she says that it’s cheap, then it is always worth a look. And this is how I visited the online store of BudgetPetCare. The prices that they offer are unbelievable and. I have been buying products like Frontline Plus and Advantage from them for my Bruno and have never had a bad experience in 2 years. I am a happy and satisfied customer of budgetpetcare and never miss a chance to recommend my friends to try this store. Thank you budget pet care, you have made pet parenting much better and easier!

Earlier this online site used to take longer to get products delivered but since the last couple of months, they have really improved on their services! Thanks to this online store, I no longer have to worry about my cats! They're all completely safe and free from parasitic infestation.

I have been buying pet products from them for 3 years. I haven't had any problems with their products or shipping. I buy from them because they have very competitive prices and shipping is always free. They have a shipping guarantee that if you don't receive your order they will reship it also at no charge. I'm very happy with their pricing, service, & product.

I ordered $100 worth of flea/tick protection for my cats and dog almost a month ago. First, I emailed them asking why I hadn't received my order. No response. So I called and they said it had been shipped and that I would receive it "any day now." Two weeks later, I'm still waiting. I went on line today to check reviews because I'm afraid I got scammed. They may have been a few dollars cheaper when I bought the products, but because it has taken so long I had to buy products elsewhere ~ my pets protection time had ran out. So, I really didn't save on my budget for pet care. They lost my business. I won't order from them again.

I placed my order on Oct. 21st, said it would ship the next day. Didn't ship until the 23rd. They say free shipping, that's great. I called after a week and asked when I could expect my order. He said it would be atleast 10-14 BUSINESS days until you see your order. His response to why they don't list that info, was" It's in the FAQ'S."I said why would I look there when it says free shipping. Who would ever expect it to take 14 business days?! It's now Nov. 3rd, STILL NO NEXGARD, my dog was covered in fleas. I called again and they still can't tell me when it will be here!

When I ordered from this company I was never aware my product was coming from Singapore, I found out later from the tracking, well it's now been 32 days and I still have not received my order and I'm starting to think it's a scammer site, they refuse to answer any of my emails and now it shows the tracking has stopped altogether, they guarantee delivery but actually never really follow up on that guarantee.stay far away from this company for your own good

Unsure about this company

I have yet to receive the products so I cannot comment on them. However they deducted twice from my bank account which is totally unacceptable and very concerning. My card was also hacked 4 days within a few days of ordering from them.

Why does the actual box state there are 3 doses but has a sticker that was added saying there are 6 doses? I ordered 6 doses, but this makes me wonder if there is an issue with the product's authenticity or quality. It's very concerning for my dogs' health. Also, the product is now being shipped from Singapore. It used to be shipped from the UK. I've left reviews on the website, but they never seem to show up on the website.

Still no order

I ordered some Program flea medicine for my cat over 2 weeks ago. They took money out of my account soon as ordered. You can not track it and believe me customer service is rude ans could careless. Will be reporting them. No business should be run this way

Do not order from this BOGUS company they are in the UK all foreign customer service which do not help what so ever! Takes 2 to 3 weeks for shipping... with NO tracking #... would give No stars if it allowed

I have been using program flavor tablets as frontline has not been effective in our area. It was expensive compared to other spot on flea treatments until I found budgetpetcare. Not only their prices are good but also it is shipped free. I have referred them to my family and friends.

I have been shopping with BudgetPetcare for a long time now. Now, they already have the lowest prices in the market but, you know what I liked about them the most? Their offers! Yes, there is always some kind of sale going on at BudgetPetCare. For instance, they had 7% discount on all pet products on Easter. Then there is a very attractive offer of bulk orders for frontline plus going on for a very long time. I have already ordered in bulk once and just placed my second order. It is always exciting to shop from their store. I have never had a bad experience of fake product or untimely deliveries. Everything is just as it should be. Perfect!

My wife gifted me a pup on our first wedding anniversary last year. Though I was on cloud nine, the only concern that haunted me day & night was the expenses that I'll have to incur in taking care of his health. I was in a completely unknown zone. I had no idea about dog healthcare. The only thing I knew from friends about it was, "it is very expensive." But, I was adamant on finding the best healthcare products for my pup and provide him with the best life I can. So I started researching about it extensively, until, I hit upon this site. With the time that I spent on looking for & comparing products, I can bet that no other site provides such a wide range of products and that too at such great bargain. I started by ordering a few preventive products like tick collars, Frontline Plus, etc for my pup from this site. As we are all dealing with this pandemic, I wasn't sure whether I'd even receive my order or not. So, I decided to contact their customer care team. I decided to shoot an email as it was mentioned that they were facing too many calls so email seemed like a better choice. The team got back to me within just one day and assured me that my order was on the way. And true to their words, I did receive my order after a few days. Gotta say, I am very impressed with their services and received the order in perfect condition.

Brilliant services

The great thing about this company is the ease with which even novice internet users can place orders for their favorite brands. The products are delivered well within time in excellent conditions.
