I ordered $100 worth of flea/tick protection for my cats and dog almost a month ago. First, I emailed them asking why I hadn't received my order. No response. So I called and they said it had been shipped and that I would receive it "any day now." Two weeks later, I'm still waiting. I went on line today to check reviews because I'm afraid I got scammed. They may have been a few dollars cheaper when I bought the products, but because it has taken so long I had to buy products elsewhere ~ my pets protection time had ran out. So, I really didn't save on my budget for pet care. They lost my business. I won't order from them again.
