Ok experience. I already had been shopping with this business for many years but for some unknown reason I had to sign up again as a customer. Other than that and the prices going up substantially, and the selection of Christian Caps being less the service is good so far.

I contacted customer service live chat while i was looking through my order deciding what to buy and they were very helpful and even went out of there way to find an item that i could not. It was a good experience.

I was worried when I saw a small box that was supposed to have my 12 hats in it. The hats looked kind of smashed, yet they popped back into shape real easy. They keep their shape now, and look Super Cool!

The order did not ship same day and seemed to get held up a tiny bit, but I still had my order within four or five business days, overall I am very satisfied with my order and will definitely be coming back!

So far so good, we will see when the products arrive. Site is beautifully simple & easy to find what's available. Products arrived in a very timely manner. I especially liked the way the shirts were packaged not a ton of creases.

Hats came in. The two foam ones were creased but they shipped two new ones out quick and I'm happy. Things happen.

Good experience, just disappointed that so many of the baseball caps I was interested in purchasing were out of stock / unavailable. You should remove/hide those colored hats from your website until you get them back in stock.

It took exactly a week to receive my order during these trying times. I am beyond pleased with my order and the condition of each piece. I ordered 37 hats. I have already sold 10.

Shipping was a bit high. Because of the low volume it nearly double my price per piece. Assuming this is a flat rate, which have not been a big factor if I ordered a higher volume. Hoping that is the case. Overall, good service. Thanks

The experience was great. At one time you offered a better selection of military and Christian hats. Also they were sold in individual units. That was great. The quality of the bulk hats have not been good for me. Most cases I give them away.

Problem - box was jammed full and splitting in several places on arrival. There also was a hole in one side of the box which had a lot of packing tape around it to hold it together. I would suggest using larger and sturdier boxes.
Items were intact, and I am very pleased with them. I would order again in the future.

Easy, affordable, no minimum! For a start up like myself, that is a great feature.
So far one of the hats has numerous threads coming out of the top like they get snagged on something. All other hats seem to be fine. I will burn the threads off.

My Husband loves this style hat and jokingly mentioned he wanted them in every color a couple months ago. I came across this site from google and they were perfect for an amazing price! I was also shocked at how quickly they came! I would highly recommend this site to anyone!
