They froze my account and I couldn't withdraw any money from my account that have a lump sum inside it, this platform is programmed to take your hard earned money and mute on you, I was lucky to come across TradeRecovery.Org and they rescue me by getting back all my money back in full. Shame on them

I invested $7500USD. After 3 months trading they stopped calling. I tried to withdraw and they made excuses. 4 months later they still have my money. The whole operation is is a sophisticated scam. Don't invest. They are happy to steal people's money They used coinspot to convert the money to Bitcoin and carry out their scam transfers.

This people are scammers. They take your money and give you sc trading account. When you try to withdraw they won't let you withdraw anything

BTCMarketCap are a den of thieves. NEVER give them one single penny! NEVER contact them. Three months ago I inquired about bitcoin investment. It was not for me. I did NOT send them any money. During an on-line briefing with VICTOR VOLTZ their "head trader", he accessed my bank accounts and stole over $1300 from my overdraft account. I confronted him about it and he reassured me it would be returned. I immediately started the withdrawal process, supposed to take 7-10 days. 3 months later They still have my money, and no amount of trying to contact them has made any difference. My account is still open with my funds in it. I cannot access it, they will not return it.

Stay clear of this company. They refuse to issue refunds. And never make money as promised before grabbing your deposit. They will call you asking for tonnes more money. Very rude when you won't hand them more money they are asking for. I guess you can call them unprofessional thugs.

They took my money about a week ago and that's it. They told me they would call me to set up my account. Received an email from Monica Ruslanova stating she would call me and she hasn't. Left numerous email messages and called the Canada number. No answer. I'm being ripped off!

These guys are scammers, thankfully I only deposited a small amount with them. The "Chief Trader" Max Villanueva seemed somewhat helpful at the start but when I wouldn't invest more money with them he tried calling me out on it and lost all interest. Have not been able to contact since. "Account Manager" Steven Jensen also refuses to get back to me. They're platform requires 7-10 business days for withdrawal (should've been a red flag instantly). All I've heard back from "Support" is its been passed on to the finance department. I've all but accepted I won't be getting my money back but hopefully people see this review before investing with these scam artists. Photos with both persons information is shared below. I signed up with the min. Trading deposit. I was promised assistance and had a trading demonstration. We had various delays in 2 weeks then. I was introduced to the trading website called CoinSmart, we had trouble setting up a password. At this time I felt insecure, emailed 3 website staff that I was not satisfied, and asked for a refund, all within 14 days. Now I am being told that I canceled too late and that I never purchased any trading privileges, rather that I purchased educational material.
Makes no sense at all. I am reluctant to rate this with one star!

The BTCMarketcaptrading platform is a great cryptocurrency trading site with an easy-to-use interface but it does have one major drawback in that there isn't PayPal option.
