Brother.ca sucks!

I placed same order twice! First time, I fount out the order was cancelled by reaching out to the customer service, otherwise, they will just let me wait forever. They said it is payment method issue. I had no problem using my card else where. They made it sound like my issue. Second time, I placed a new order, but it got cancelled again! This time it is because their system issue. At the same time, their website totally shut down for more than a week! This is ridiculous. I have never seen this bad IT for other company. Do they still want to do their business in Canada or not? Very frustrating and disappointed with this Brother CA website and whole IT system. I don't blame their products.

I purchased a scanner online. It was defective and it didn't live up to my expectations. They said they wouldn't accept a return because it was opened. How are you supposed to see if you're satisfied with a product if you can't open it? This is a $200 + machine. I'm disgusted because I said I would return it and pay the shipping. They don't have phone support so they're hiding behind live chat. BUYER BEWARE! Never again will I buy from them

Bad shopping experience

Careful when ordering from their web site. Eco fee will increase when products are added to cart.
And when your ordered is cancelled, they will blame it on your credit card problem.

BROTHER MFC - J475DW IS THE WORST EVER ALL IN ONE PRINTER I HAVE EVER HAD. PREVIOUS BROTHER PRINTER WAS NOT EASY ON PRINTER INK. THIS PRINTER WIFI NEVER WORKED PROPERLY AND NOT WORKING PERMANENTLY. GENUINE INK CARTRIDGES DON'T EVEN LAST A YEAR. I RARELY PRINT OUT HARD COPIES; LESS THAN 2O TIMES PER YEAR AND RUNS OUT QUICKLY. WHEN YOU GET THE ALERT OUT OF INK, TAKE IT OUT LOTS OF INK STILL LEFT IN THE CARTRIDGE. FAXING IS ANOTHER PART OF IT I SELDOM USE, NOT USER FRIENDLY. SCANNING IS THE ONLY PART OF IT THAT WORKS WELL. SUPPORT FROM BROTHER IS WORTHLESS. THIS PRINTER MAY BE AN OLDER MODEL BUT I'M SENDING OUT A WARNING TO CONSUMERS. DO NOT PURCHASE "ANY" BROTHER PRODUCTS. THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH OUT OF THEM!
