I found out that the gift of cheese cake was more of the type you can find at any big box grocery stores such as Loblaws. More an issue with the delivery service Canpar. Was not delivered appropriately as fragile stated on the box and thrown down on it's side, delivered a day earlier than was stated per agreement. Still waiting for a response from the Gourmet Gift Basket Store on follow up with Canpar. Thought they would have their own delivery truck service!

BROTHER MFC - J475DW IS THE WORST EVER ALL IN ONE PRINTER I HAVE EVER HAD. PREVIOUS BROTHER PRINTER WAS NOT EASY ON PRINTER INK. THIS PRINTER WIFI NEVER WORKED PROPERLY AND NOT WORKING PERMANENTLY. GENUINE INK CARTRIDGES DON'T EVEN LAST A YEAR. I RARELY PRINT OUT HARD COPIES; LESS THAN 2O TIMES PER YEAR AND RUNS OUT QUICKLY. WHEN YOU GET THE ALERT OUT OF INK, TAKE IT OUT LOTS OF INK STILL LEFT IN THE CARTRIDGE. FAXING IS ANOTHER PART OF IT I SELDOM USE, NOT USER FRIENDLY. SCANNING IS THE ONLY PART OF IT THAT WORKS WELL. SUPPORT FROM BROTHER IS WORTHLESS. THIS PRINTER MAY BE AN OLDER MODEL BUT I'M SENDING OUT A WARNING TO CONSUMERS. DO NOT PURCHASE "ANY" BROTHER PRODUCTS. THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH OUT OF THEM!

Rude and disrespectful. Employees. Something as simple as help with getting the right screws for pulls for cabinets was a major issue at this store location. Went to this location several times the same day. Went to Oakville to get better service and the screws I needed to finish the project. I have asked questions regarding flooring and was just directed to look at flooring in the store or take a sample. Funny how another Home Depot could find me exactly what I wanted in a less time too! June 2,2019 is the day I decided never again will I shop at Home Depot. They're the next ones that will be closing down locations soon with their attitude!

Signed up with Distributel February, 2019. Still do not have all services up and running 100%. Won't refund any money. It is now late March. Out source their work to Bell who then turn around and say "they need to do their job". The technical support is disgraceful. Most likely outsourced out to another country as 99% of technical support the English was very poor. Probably not even technicians as they tell you to trouble shoot and most likely reading from a script. Distributel. Information on their website is useless. The sales person over the phone signed me up with a package that was not what I wanted based on what I said I wanted. Literally wasted a lot of time waiting for someone to answer the phone then hours lost with them telling me over the phone how to trouble shoot the equipment. End of all this the they say the ATA Cisco telephone box has to be replaced because it was defective and now still waiting for a replacement for the Entone box because it is defective. Still waiting for the replacement. Watching the TV picture getting pixelated images and freezing for a few seconds to a few minutes that I have to unplug the box. NOT RIGHT PAYING FOR SERVICE YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING AT TOP QUALITY. They seem to think this is not a problem and I am making too much of an issue.

UPS lost my delivery of a loveseat in September. A replacement was made from the company I ordered from in November. Was supposed to be delivered on the 15th. Called UPS different times and different people they all had different excuses. All had the same story though that the box was dropped, box damaged and had to go back to the depot for inspection and repackaging. Promise of another day of delivery by the supervisor and said 100% on the delivery truck and will be delivered by 830 tonight. Was never delivered. Their own employees don't even know their own services. One of them told me they don't schedule or pre book days or times for delivery. All round rude and abrupt. One of them even hung up on me by placing me back on hold. That employee knows nothing about "my choice". All round lazy they didn't even fill out the date they left attempted to deliver!

Ordered a custom human hair wig for over $400.00. I was shocked to see what they consider " a quality wig". They did not refund my money but wasted my time emailing back and fourth excuses that the wig was good and I couldn't get my money back. Stay clear of wigsis!

Do not bother to email their customer service as they have no intention whatsoever to refund your money. Contact your credit card company immediately.
