Broad Financial demonstrated a strong commitment to helping and guiding me throughout the process of setting up, understanding and implementing the IRA LLC.
I need to give a special shout out to Joel and Mark of the "support team". They were both consistently responsive, patient, and informative in giving me whatever level of detail and explanation I wanted. Joel provided sample forms needed to set up the LLC's bank account. These samples that Joel gave me, made the "new account opening" process very transparent and easy to follow. Joel and Mark both answered my numerous (and in some cases redundant) questions clearly and patiently.
Real value becomes apparent when you get into the weeds, and need to understand how everything works, and then get it done expeditiously and correctly. Broad Financial has really delivered a level of post-sale customer service and support that has exceeded my expectations, and more specifically, made me confident I had made the right decision to choose them.
Avi was able to explain the differences between the different types of options I was looking into with clear and precise communication. I appreciated the time he took with me to make sure I chose the best option for my situation. THANK YOU AVI!
I wanted to make a non-conventional investment, which was not possible through the banks and brokerage companies that handled my IRAs. Broad setup a self-directed IRA in the form of an LLC for me and i was able to achieve the desired result.
Very happy with the service so far.
We are in the process of setting up our checking account with a local bank and will have our funds transfered over ver soon.

The price is very reasonable.
My bank (Wells Fargo) wanted me to thank the person(s) who set up the binder for the creating of the account. They said that it was very organized and it made her job much easier.
This process could only be better by me paying more attention!
I am a process improvement consultant and it is so refreshing to see such a lean business model. Lucky me to have found you!
Customer service is excellent. They answered all my question fast and friendly. They gave me the feeling of there is no dumb questions. I recommend them for for a IRA role over for bitcoin.
I love how you can speak to an actual person and get your questions answered quickly. They make it that much easier for me to manage my IRA and fill out documents that need to be completed quickly.

My quest for a self directed IRA that fit my needs was not an easy one. It started with my CPA and local banks. I even solicited the help of a prominent university professor as I tried to wade through the mountain of misinformation regarding self-directed retirement options. I eventually set myself up with the "nations largest". While they seemed to be good people and "professional", I came to find out that there were restrictions that hadn't been disclosed. These restrictions fundamentally changed the very purpose of what I was trying to achieve. After all of my efforts, I was about to give up my quest and go back to the house of cards that the vast majority of Americans rely on. Then, through the help of a friend, I contacted Broad Financial. The darkness lifted, the light shown forth, and as they say, "The rest is history". From my first phone call to one of their articulate and competent advisors, to the corporate set up and the funding of the self directed IRA, the experience has been flawless and timely. It was also unexpectedly easy because of the way that they walk you through it. There is really no close "second place" to what they have to offer.
I recently had a meeting with my CPA to review my paperwork with Broad. My CPA had some questions that were thoroughly addressed in a speaker phone conversation by my Broad Financial advisor, Mark. To date, my experience with Broad Financial has been excellent.
I've yet to receive my 401K proceeds from Merrill Lynch, so I can not confirm that everything will be 100% as yet, but I was impressed with the package I received from BF and will contact you if there are any questions or problems.
NEEDED TO KNOW HOW AND IF JOINT VENTURING WAS POSSIBLE. THIS WOULD INCLUDE MY IRA LLC AND EITHER MYSELF OR ANOTHER NON IRA LLC.
RECEIVED ANSWER WITH ALTERNATIVES CLEARLY AND INFORMATIVELY.
EASY WITH GREAT GUIDANCE.
THANK YOU!
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
