Cannot believe how skimpy the four 5-6 ft Thuja Green Giant Trees that I purchased are. Not at all like the photos I saw online. Will definitely be returning these trees and buy local where I can actually SEE what I'm getting and paying for. What a major hassle!

I was expecting the lemon tree to be more like a tree vs a stick with leaves. I'm hoping it will fill out. I guess for the price I was expecting more.
The banana plant had only 2 leaves and they were brown on the tops. So have high hopes for them both.

I ordered the Vanilla Strawberry hydrangea tree. It came well packed and very healthy and was shipped quickly. It was easy to plant with the burlap bag on the root ball. So far it's doing very well and I already see new growth. I'm looking forward to seeing the beautuful blooms this summer!
This was my first time to order from Brighter Blooms. I ordered sweet olive bushes. When they arrived the packaging was good. The plant was healthy and their were easy to follow instructions for planting. The bushes have begun growing new shoots and look like they may like their new home.

Tree was shipped timely and wrapped after opening box. Box was not damaged and marked that it was fragile. The tree was actually healthier and taller than anticipated, but no complaints about that at all. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for. I will be ordering from Brighter Blooms again. Thank you. The tree is beautiful.

I was asked to respond with pictures of what I found, but this is the only way I can see an option to attach photos. The first photo is a Japanese maple I found when I went back for pictures at the store. It is the same size as the one I received for $100 less. The second photo is the magnolia I was sent by Brighter blooms. The third is of the ones at the hardware store. One is massively bigger than mine for the same price and the other is about the same as mine for half the price. The more I think about it the more upset I get and feel completely scammed.
Ordering the taller trees is not worth it. Came across several taller and more full magnolia trees at a local store for the same price I paid here. Feeling disappointed.
I bought a skip laurel. I appreciated the fast delivery and communication efforts. The plant was also well-packaged. I was a tad disappointed because the plant arrived with many holes in their leaves. I say "a tad" because the website did mention that plants may arrive with damaged leaves due to being in a pot but I can't help think that this may be due to insect activity. In any case, it's been planted and looks good (as long as you don't look too closely). Hopefully, the new leaves will be fine.
