I received trees from Brighter Blooms buy using Fastgrowers.com. Of the trees I ordered, 3 out of 4 were dead. Although they advertise being 100% guaranteed, they only give store credit. The full refund policy is only before 30 days. I don't know how you can tell if dormant trees are alive before 30 days. From now on I will support my local nurseries even if they are a little more expensive. I can see what I'm buying and I should support local business anyway.
I signed up for emails to get a promo code. When I applied the $15 promo code, my free shipping what changed to a $30 charge.? Obviously, the promo code is useless.

The website and shopping and experience was easy to navigate and utilize. These were a Mother's Day gift. The disappointment came when my Mom recieved them and opened the packages and the flowers had been crushed, wilted and not packaged correctly. They were in bad shape when they arrived. My Mom has been trying to save them, but time will tell if they will make it. Very disappointing product.

My Summer Sweet came undersized with 3 leaves on it and died sooner after. I will never order from Brighter Blooms again. I got two 3 gallon Summer Sweets from Woodies Gardens (for just a few dollars more) that were beautiful, full, green, and lush.

First tree arrived dead, tried planting and was completely unsuccessful. It was guranteed and they sent another, no charge. It arrived barely alive and I am not very hopeful. For such an expensive tree, it's odd they would ship it with such disastrous results.

Shipping was great and fast but the tree never recovered from the "shock" and we were denied a replacement because we didn't pay $40 fir insurance, but it sounds like they tell everyone that the trees are in shock from the time you receive them, until they area planted and they will "perk back up". Well the tree was a gift for our neighbors daughter and its officially dead and now has caused some awkwardness between us and our neighbors. Also we bought the 2nd to biggest tree and its literally the Charlie Brown Xmas tree. I think its awful they wouldn't repalce it when we sent pics in 3 days after we have planted it.
