My red dogwood tree arrived as expected about three weeks ago. It had been pruned prior to shipping. I let it sit in the shade for a few days before planting and kept it watered. After planting the tree isn't doing great. There aren't many leaves and they as starting to look moldy. I emailed Brighterblooms.com and my email bounced back.
Easy to order, fairly quick shipping. The trees arrived in good shape packed in one box. One didn't look great but is doing good now. The other looked great but went downhill. It looks to be recovering and has a new shoot next to it.

I ordered them for Tuesday delivery for a Friday event and the timing was perfect. Gorgeous huge pink peonies and lasted a week!

The delivery took longer than expected. No fault of this nursery. Fed Ex just took WAY longer than normal. I was getting very concerned how my Glenn Mango trees would arrive. They were packaged in such a way that the plant, soil, everything stayed moist and protected and looked suprisingly very well and healthy! It traveled from East coast to West coast and took about 12 days, I think, before it arrived! I'm impressed!

My i got my lilac bush it was in perfect condition. I unpacked and put outside, then planted a day later and it is doing great. Great experience with this website. This is the third or forth order i have placed with them and never had any issues.
I ordered the rainier cherry tree plant after much deliberation. When the plant arrived, it had rust/brown spots on its leaves and the leaves were all drooping. I watered the plant and waited a few days but it did not improve. I contacted the company and they refunded me for my order. However, I'm somewhat disappointed because I really wanted to plant the cherry tree this year and they are out of stock now.

The plants arrived healthy said they were 1 gallon, I would say 2 quart size. Extremely disappointed. Customer service did give me a discount, and was very professional, only reason I gave a 2 star. I will not recommend this company nor will I make another purchase.

I purchased a tree to gift to a friend and her son after a very close friend passed suddenly. Her son being 3 and it being his first loss I knew he needed something to remember him by and this tree is now his favorite thing to talk to and visit when he misses his grandpa.
Great service. I had a Ginkgo tree die one year after planted. The wind blew the tree over and it was uprooted. I straightened the tree back up but it didn't make it. Even though it was a few days past warranty expiration they were so good to me and replaced the tree at no cost to me. I could not be happier. Thanks Brighter Blooms!
The main things that dissapointed me with this company were the careless packaging (broken limbs) of trees and the size of the trees I received. I paid for 7-9 foot trees ($210 ea.). Some were not even 6' when in the ground and all seven trees had 5'-6' tags on them.
Plants were well packaged & in good shape on arrival. Very excited for the bamboo to shield my neighbors and the azaleas to add color to often stickly front yard.
