I ordered 5 Peach Trees, they all arrived is great condition and are doing well except the one Elberta Peach Tree. It has lost some leaves and is not doing well, the other 4 trees are outstanding, The Contender Peach Trees are doing especially well with almost 6 inches of new growth already.
So far so good. My tree arrived on time and is planted. I wish the instructions were a little clearer especially regarding staking but so far so good.
Brighter Blooms was generally good but am disappointed. FedEx was disastrous. Cherry trees and lavender shipped on a Monday. Tracking showed them in FedEx warehouse 35 miles from me 2 days later, on Wednesday. It was delayed every single day until Thursday of following week. Was then delivered to wrong house with similar address 3 miles away. We got that person's package and took it to them. They said FedEx took trees back. Was finally delivered to our home after another 3 days, at noon on Sunday 13 days after shipment. Everything was dead. Brighter Blooms did replace the trees which showed up in just a couple days that time. Lavender was now out of stock. Couldn't get the lavender my wife so wanted, but did get a refund on that portion of order.
This is the second time I order live plants or trees. First time the plants did not survive. So the conclusion I have is that this will most likely be my last time I order any live plants or trees online.
The tree I ordered was never delivered to my house, so when I reported that to BB, they sent a replacement.
My trees looked great and are doing fine. The lingonberry was floppy and hasn't perked up yet. I'm trying to nurse it back. If not I'll update with the warranty process review

I have ordered a number of plants and trees and for the most part they have looked pretty decent, but the McIntosh Apple tree had every branch snapped on it. It is starting to bud, also the other bad part is that it was the smallest of all the other apple trees I got and in the worse shape. Poor little thing.

I still can't tell if it will pull through. It had almost no leaves, and the main stem of the tree has very obviously been clipped, which everyone knows should never be done to a tree. To say the least I am disappointed.

The leaves of the avocado plant were burnt. The plant looked lifeless. I appreciate Brighter Blooms trying to remedy the issue by sending a replacement but the 2nd plant had the same problem. This time all the leaves and stems were scorched.
