My first delivery of my Meyer Lemon Tree delivery brought a plant whose single main branch twig had rather forlorn leaves on it. I repotted it hoping the leaves would perk up. But they went from limp to dead, and I feared my treatment during the repotting was too difficult. But, Brighter Blooms decided to send a new Meyer Lemon plant and it arrived in great shape. It has a main stem with three full branches, and the leaves look healthier. I will not repot my plant for awhile, so it becomes acclimated to its new environment.
Ordered red maple trees, but the leaves are green.
Hopefully, they will turn red soon.
Plants came well packed, healthy & thriving. Palms look great & perfect touch behind pool, still waiting for Gardenias to bloom but leaves are shiny & beautiful.
I purchased a ficus tree to put in my living room and when I took it out of the box it wasnt full and was slightly lopsided. I decided to go ahead and give it chance but the leaves were all falling off. Everytime id water it the water went straight through the soil because it was so dry. Ive also had a very hard time communicating with brighter blooms because I always will get a response saying the system will close my case if I dont respond in 3 days which I had multiple times. Ive had multiple tickets open because of this. So now I finally by surprise heard from them today(thank God) and they asked a bunch of questions through the email. I answered them all and am waiting on another answer but in the mean time I am looking at a half dead sad tree.
We received our Japanese red Maple tree in a timely fashion. The product was packed and shipped very well however upon receipt come out the leaves were dry and falling off branches. We followed instructions to water plants and let the leaves replenish itself. So far it hasn't but it's only been 8 to 10 days.

My first plant had to be replaced after several weeks of showing no progress. After sending pictures and talking to a customer service representative I was able to make a new order. The entire process was handled very professionally. I am pleased with my replacement
Both plants seem to have died. Not sure if I will ever feel comfortable buying plants online.

The tree sat in the shipper's warehouse for a days, so I wish it would have been delivered sooner. The tree was very well packaged. There are some dead leaves on the tree and a few are showing signs of rot. I am tending to the tree and watering it daily. I hope it lives.

The trees did not survive the travel time, by the time they arrived they were dead and dry. I tried everything to make them come to life but was unsuccessful. It was said that it will take 2-3 days to get the trees but it took longer than that.

I was initially apprehensive about ordering plants on line. Now I have no worries. Everything arrived intact and are now in the ground an sprouting new leaves.
This was a gift to friends in Poconos and their young son (4years of age) adored the plants and the "purple" color. You got the plants there in a very satisfactory time and delivered to a gated community which has strict rules about letting trucks etc. in. So thanks a lot. The plants were beautiful and in good condition.
