Online shopping and ordering over the phone was easy and convenient. Tree arrived in 2 days, was taller than expected and had a very healthy root ball.
I ordered a pink and a lavender Rose of Sharons for my back and my front yards, thinking I would receive very healthy plants. And, to be sure, I did. But I was quite surprised when the lavender turned out to be a good 2 feet higher than I expected and paid for! And both trees had several flowers blooming on them. And the flowers were not as plain as the Rose of Sharon I have. The ones you sent had probably the prettiest flowers I've ever seen on these trees, in terms of their colors and sizes. The pink tree blooms with double flowers that are lovely. Thank you so much!
This is my third tree, first 2 were delivered dead. I think it has something to do with FedEx. We have planted this tree and keeping our fingers crossed!
Tree arrived in July, yes hottest time of year, had straight trunk, semi healthy leaves a little on the light green side, Planted outside, soon most leaves dried out, but tip bud is trying to leaf out. Pot smaller than l was led to believe, but tree was well rooted. It was a 1/4 size pot. L hope it produces enough grow before winter to survive the cold. L keep it well watered to help it get set. L remember this tree all over TN when l lived there, so we'll see how it does here in CO.

Shipping method unacceptable. The first trees arrived in very poor condition. However, once customer service became involved, they replaced the trees. It still took over TWO weeks for the trees to arrive. They sat at FedEx facility for over SEVEN days with no scan.

I had a hiccup in the delivery process when I received an email indicating that the delivery of my order was complete even though I hadn't received anything. I emailed customer service. They were prompt to address the problem and continued to check in until the delivery was completed.

My order of three trees was shipped within a day or two of placing the order. They arrive very quickly and were packed perfectly. I planted them about a week later. Two of them started growing right away. The this one didn't. After a couple of weeks the third one still wasn't putting out any new growth so I called BrighterBlooms. They suggested that I scrape a couple of branches to see if the stems were green or brown and to take a picture and send I to them. I did that the next day. Almost immediately after receiving my email with the picture attached, BrighterBlooms called me and said "Yep. That tree is dead. We are sold out on that tree but will gladly either credit my credit card or give me a credit that I can use to buy something else. I took the credit. A few days later I used part of the credit to buy a smaller version of the same tree that had died. It arrived in a few days and was surprisingly full. I planted it and it is doing beautifully. BrighterBlooms couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating in handling this situation. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Great job and beautiful trees. Thank you BrighterBlooms.

Upon the passing of my beloved Havanese, I decided I wanted to plant a little gem Magnolia to memorialize her. I ordered the tree and it was here very quickly and appeared to be in good health. The tree has already bloomed four flowers and seems to be doing well.
Great to find 4 in 1 pear at this size. Price with one year warranty was right in my range and as an urban forester I have been involved in buying lots of trees. Delivery went smoothly, what a relief. We carved out a chunk of lawn on south side of patio and so it'll give us flowers, pears, and shade!

Website was great, easy to find what I wanted and plants arrived in less than a week. Delivery drop off was a bit sloppy so box was tipped & plants looked a little rough. Replanted right away& they seem to be flourishing.
