Customer service was awesome! My tree was delayed in shipping. Not fault of theirs FedEx is just the worst. They shipped me a new tree immediately. First tree finally arrived in poor condition but second tree was good.

We ordered two plants that came packaged with pots. The shipping box arrived quite beat up and the plants appeared to be poorly packaged. The olive tree was damaged and all of the potting soil had come out of the shipping pot. It soon lost all it's leaves and we are working hard to recover the plant. I am not sure what they will do if the plant survives and dies just beyond the 30 day replacement window. The fiddle leaf fig was in better condition but several of the leaves are damaged (torn or have holes). I don't know how long a fiddle leaf will need to loose and or regenerate the leaves but we were able to position the plant so that the damaged leaves are less visible. This will be an issue when we rotate the plant and the damaged leaves are showing. We also received two pots (save your money they are inexpensive plastic pots) that were squashed and oval. They have since returned to shape but they are not very nice, plastic and have holes but no matching drain saucer so if you are using in an indoor setting you have to mix and match a saucer. We have since replace the pots with more substantial pots with a saucer for indoor use. Also the potting soil ordered one bag was open and dumped within the shipping box. We were also supposed to get a free water pot but it wasn't in the package.
The biggest issue is they show pictures of mature plants and you get a Charlie Brown-ish non full tree. The pictures clearly indicate that they are of mature trees but they never really show you what you are actually receiving. Or Fig tree was corner filling. The olive tree was much thinner than anticipated even knowing that we were not getting a mature tree.
So why the 3 stars instead of 1.
1.) Hard to fault Brighter Blooms for what could have been a disaster shipping experience (shipment arrived a day later than indicated)
2.) Customer service has been responsive and refunded a portion as a credit to account for the poor shipping experience and lack of a water pot.
I have not received great support on how to recover the olive tree so this review would be subject to change.

We pulled the tree from the box right away and followed the care instructions. The next morning the tree had lost half it's leaves. Now a week or so later it is almost bare.

The tree looked a little bit beat up when we got it. Leaves were eaten up, some were crispy. The first tree were ordered from somewhere else looked like this and died fast. I hope this one lasts..

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered. Our experience with Brighter Blooms was fair. We are waiting to see how the plants take now that they are in the soil They seemed dry when we got them so we are hoping they were not shocked in transit. They looked shiny with healthy leaves but just not very perky.

I did not receive my order on the day the tracker said it was due to arrive. I received it two days later and all three containers the trees were in were crushed and most on the dirt was free. The trees had several dead leaves on them. They all look as though they will make it though but only time will tell.
