I ordered and received the product in a timely manner and so excited to open the boxes. Two of the plants were damaged in transit which Brighter Blooms customer service immediately fixed based off of the photos provided. The plants are thriving and the perfect addition.
I called and asked if I could leave plant in pot for at least a week as I waited for planter. I was told no problem. Just water well as soon as I took out of box and then weekly. Well after a week plant was dehydrated and most of lower leaves and blossoms had dried out. Very disappointing! I have since repotted and water regularly. It's doing better but looks very pathetic with leaves only at top of plant:-(

My experience with BrighterBlooms was pleasant. They were helpful and knowledgeable about how to take care of the plants.
I ordered the Easy Goin and Living Easy rose tree and was pretty excited about it. It stands about 4ft tall which is taller than I expected (psyched about it actually).
When I opened the box, I was a bit sad and kind of scared because while the packing was fine, the rose tree had suffered quite a bit from the travel over to me. I had to remove all of its leaves and do some light pruning. I was a little disappointed at first but about 3-4 days after cleaning it up and removing it from its box, it already has a full set of new leaves! Excited to plant this in my container and watch this baby grow.
My Drift roses arrived in good condition and are already blooming. They seem to be doing well and will be a welcome addition to my garden.
Looking forward to receiving a few larger pink muhly plants. Spent quite a lot at a different site and plants were quite anemic -after two months in the ground and lots of care, they do not look well. Hoping for better from brighter blooms.

Stumbled upon site. I noticed that most of plants I wanted were sold out. Hope these arrive hail and hearty! If so you'll be hearing from me again. I was disappointed with the way all plants I ordered looked upon delivery. I honestly thought they were fit only for a compost pile. Adding to shipping stress was significant heat stress. This is South Central Texas daytime temps at delivery dates was mid 90's and mostly sunny. The carrier did not ring doorbell. Delivery day one was set in sun for about 2 hours. Delivery day 2 was set in afternoon sun about 3 hours. I gave plants a good drink. I placed them in indirect sun light. Then contacted customer service, I wanted the poor condition documented. They were quick in there responses. They confirmed my thoughts about travel and heat stress. I voiced my annoyance with the carrier. Boxes were clearly labeled live plants. Yet they were to lazy to give doorbell a push. Simple leaned the boxes against the house in the sun and left. The plants had pot enclosed in a plastic bag. I was worried that the roots had started to cook. I wanted these plants as container for my patio. I allowed 48 hours before planting in containers. I added a small amount of soil mix recommended by Brighter Blooms to promote root health. All the plants have recovered. Some are a little slower recovering the others. It was obvious after a few days and especially now that these plants were in excellent shape prior to transport. One plant lost all but 3 leaves. I didn't have much hope for it. Now it has more then doubled the leaf number with buds sprouting. I recommend this company.

The trees would have been great but due to Fedx attempting 2x to deliver caused a 9 day delay... because of the wrapping in plastic and travel time allowed the trees to get too hot! One of the trees was completely dried up and was dead on arrival could snap the branches... but the others we gave lots of nutrients and are now doing good! This had nothing to do with BrighterBlooms just the shipping portion- And from now on I will order delivery faster! Thank you for the trees!
The tree is beautiful. This is a wonderful company that I have bought numerous tree's through. THey are always healthy and well packed. Would highly recommend.
