Don't use fedex. Package was damaged. Delivery was late. Hoping the plants will survive the stress of late delivery and being delivered upside down without any dirt in them. Would like to order again but not sure about fedex
Easy to use site, very helpful information, and easy checkout so far. Shipping estimates don't apply to orders placed on Friday afternoon, fyi. My order didn't ship until Monday or Tuesday and had a delay in transit but I think that was weather related and it still arrived faster than other sites it's just something I wish I would have known ahead of time or that had been clarified anywhere on the website.

The tree I ordered as a gift for someone was delivered and left out in the sun. It was a very hot day and my mom (who I bought the tree for) thought it was going to die because it was all shriveled and overhead. It's been two weeks and with lots of love she has been able to save it but, your delivery people should strongly consider leaving plants, trees, etc. in the shade so they don't kill them.
Was worried about shipment and quality of trees., but I was pleasantly surprised! Trees arrived fast and in great condition. My son loved his bday gift!

Had trouble initially because a much smaller tree arrived instead of the 6-7' I paid for. The delivery took almost 2 weeks and the tree was in poor shape. After a call to customer service, they didn't hesitate to make it right and shipped a replacement tree immediately. The 2nd tree arrived 9 days later and it was in good shape and exactly what we wanted, a beautiful 7' flamethrower redbud tree. We are extremely happy for the great customer service and beautiful tree. We can't wait to see it mature.

It was very hot in Texas when my plants were delivered. Even though they were planted shortly after arrival, they did not fare well. They did send me one replacement, but the other two are barely hanging on.
