I followed up this morning at approximately 0900 to speak to Nikki who called and left a message at 10:10 on Sept 21. I was she was not available. The agent on the line was not able to help as I assumed he wouldn't be able to and just tried to keep repeating what I had already irritated to him that I received via email NOT what I was communicated to on the phone. Afterwards he let me know that he would document and escalate to a supervisor. I said thank you and was placed on hold. After being connected to a supervisor, I re-explained all that was documented below, and that my family is military. I specifically asked about the cancelation policy as Diane at extension 5068 (agent) was at this exact taking my address (she had not yet processed transaction!) as being an Active Duty Military family out of Little Rock AFB, AR I need to be sure if was refundable before moving forward. Diane stated that it was % refundable as long as it was canceled 72 hrs prior trip date. Then she continued gathering information. She DID NOT I repeat DID NOT mention anything about a $50.00 change fee or if cancel must be rescheduled within 1 year or 65% refund can be applied to CC. Being AD Military we cannot guarantee that we will be in this area not that we can accommodate dates to travel as a family. If I was aware of this policy in FULL upfront when asked I would have not booked. I was mislead. And I ask that the recorded phone be pulled by your company. I will be asking out military legal team to be involved if we cannot resolve this as this is taking advantage of service members. The supervisor at the time this morning was willing to go above return policy and refund 90% of the order, but I am wanting a total refund and deserve the total refund of $1047.49 and not just 90% of it as I was not giving accurate information to make a informed decision.

The potatoes where dry,chicken undercooked. My sister who pre-ordered a vegetarian meal had a chicken threw on her plate and when that was eventually corrected the vegetables where dry and overcooked. If pre-ordered should have not taken 45 minutes to get it.
