Arrived at the given location (Branson Shows: 3608 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO *******) to pick up tickets for the "Sight and Sound" program on May 14 at 3:30 PM. The gentleman that spoke with me ask for identification which I showed him then he said "you're getting two tickets?
I need to see the person and her identification as well. THAT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND!

He was flustered at my question. I took my Drivers License back …then I felt pressured. He got frustrated with me because I felt NO REASON for my wife to come in. I felt as though they were getting ready to pressure us for some type of sales pitch or for some kind of tour. I had heard a warning about them.

I paid in full for two shows. There was no way to tell where our seating will be. Turns out, I was required to pick up a voucher at a " visitor center" ( essentially a time share sales office). The voucher I received had to be exchanged for a ticket after arriving at the venue. This required standing in line at the venue. There was no assigned seating with my purchase and was essentially first come first seated. I would never purchase with this method again. I find sales pitches to be very annoying and irritating. I will purchase directly with the venue in the future. Having to pick up a voucher and being subjected to a sales pitch after paying for the event on line is a waste of my limited vacation time.
