This was a strange process. Immediately after ordering I received an email that the product was shipped. Following tracking info it seems only that a lable was created. About a week later I received another notice that the product was shipped. I received it about 2 weeks after ordering it.
Do not need floating help box in my face while trying to type out order. Dimensions of wrist braces TOTALLY different then any other wrist brace ever ordered in last 15 years of wearing them.
Two prices shown for this item but sold at higher? No response came regarding discrepency
This is all depending on how well the support works with my incisional hernia. It's been nice to see I can get a reasonable size while I lose weight. Then surgery to repair the hernia afterwards...woohoo...it fits just fine. I fold it up so it rides like a belt and I can position it over my hernia. Thanks!
The knee (stretchy) braces were unusable. They do not stretch, are not soft or pliable and are not usable. When I phoned about them, the staff offered to send new ones, but I had discarded the packaging and could not send them back in their original containers. It would cost more to wrap and send them than they are worth. The material is not something I would want next to my skin and even though they were the correct size, they didn't stretch enough to put them on. I'm sssorry they were not usable because I need them.
I was advised to buy a medium, but should have bought a small which is what I was going to do. Now if I return it, I must pay7 shipping. This is unjust, so I will waste10 due to the fact I don't want to spend7 in shipping and I will have an Item that I don't need, and then will replace it with a smaller one. The one that I should have bought in the first place. This is a bad company, and I will not purchase from you again. This second one should be free.
I felt that delivery could have been more efficient!
I had asked when the wrist brace should be delivered--never got a response online but then received a phone call a few days later saying that the color ordered was no longer available and would it be okay in a different color. I said that would be fine. It took at least 10 days to receive the brace--and the color should not be offered if it isn't available.
My experience with braceplanet.com was good, but I got stung for Customs duty here in the UK!

Simple quick My husband was disappointed in the brace itself and doesn't feel like it as good a support than the other support purchased out of the UK.
