Product was too small and I had to return item for a larger size. I have not recieved my exchange st this time.
The item was said to fit 42 inch waist. The item is too tight when put on. Too much for comfort.
Item #2939 - double hernia support.
If you receive your order and are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, the first thing you find when you go to the site is that they accept no return if the box was opened! In other words, if you order the product (as I did) based on a picture on their website, you have bought the product, because of course you're going to open the box! I won't bore you with details, but I'm out $42.00 for a product I will never use. Cheaply made buckles. No instructions on use.
Stay away from this company.
In my opinion, they should be put out of business.
Just found this item, just placing order. I found it, I ordered it and now it is up to you to deliver in a timely manner. Then it will be up to the product to fit properly. Only then will I be able to reflect on my shopping experience. I had ordered per size chart. Brace was too small. Had to be exchanged, representative was condescending and gave snarky remarks. Her measuring instructions were incorrect. Awaiting exchange.
It seems to working out for now. I do wish she had a little more support than this one gives.
