Kids love it! We received our R750 in a timely manner, besides the slight delay during delivery, everything went as hoped for. Thought it would take longer to assemble but it truly is 85% pre-assembled and only require basic tools to finish the rest. If you can assemble IKEA products you can assemble these easily! Thank you again BPM Staff for your recommendation and advice on how to properly maintain my new Rickshaw!

I got my bike shipped to me. Damaged during shipping or original assembly. When i pulled it out of the box the battery and and mount for it fell off. The threads that are part if the bike frame were stripped and i will not hold the screw. I have called them and told me how to fix it. But i dont want to fix it. It was over $2000. I want a new replacement or i want a refund. They will not respond to my requests. If it was only a screw no problem but its the frame threads that are damaged

Kids love it!

We originally bought the R750 Rickshaw so that we could take our parents out for bike rides, but now the kids love it more! Cannot stop riding it on trails, or just our neighborhood cul-de-sac.

Staff and support team are excellent, emails seem to be the best approach if their phone lines seem to busy.

Same as everyone else. I don't believe this is truly a US Company. That's why you will not get a call back. I believe the real company is in the far east some where. Check your better business bureau. Until proven I believe they are a shell US Company.

Got my bike this month, and absolutely loving it! Bought this bike with the hopes the dual battery would help with my hilly commute and cannot be happier.
Was unsure of the color at first but cannot lie it has grown on me, other than that 4 out of 5 stars! Super happy THANKS!

Ordered two 750w bikes from these guys and got them on time put three bikes together and after one week the bikes just turned off I have been trying to contact them for over a year and they keep dodging my calls and not responding to emails this company is not in California it's definitely a Chinese scamming company. Stay away there are plenty of bikes that you can purchase this definitely isn't one of them.

That they don’t have a customer service line only a sales line

It's true these $#*!s don't call anybody back. Unless you don't know any better and are interested in purchasing one of these bikes.My sons bike was delivered damaged. We had to pay to get it fix.My husband ordered a 2nd battery for his bike.The warranty hasn't expired and. BPM Imports isn't honoring it. Now what sucks is that im pretty sure the positive reviews come from new bike owners. I'm retired.so I have nothing but time to insist. That these crooks honor their BS warranty.

This is by no means an adult bike. It seems to be a knock-off. If you want some quality electric trike with real power than it is NOT your choice. I am so disappointed by this because I thought this would be a good way for me to get exercise without impact. We spent all the time putting it together only to have to take it apart to send it back. I feel like the description of this bike is not remotely accurate. Also within 3 blocks the tire went flat. Bpimports is impossible to get in touch with in case you need help. Beware!

You don't want to buy A BPM electric bike If after 2 years they will discontinue parts for you cant even get an extra battery And they never answered the phone It's the only way to get through to them is email And the customer service really sucks

I purchased a fat tire bike about a year ago after one week the wires burnt I called into return the bike the gentleman said we can replace that part no problem really sold me on the bike and said that it was a great bike and it must've just been a defective part. I agreed he sent the part out we replaced it on the bike and the bike worked for three or four months then the same thing happened again. We purchased the extended warranty they told us to go to a bike shop and have it checked out. We were told that the wires burnt out again and the motor also burnt out this time. BPM advised us to send the motor back and they would replace it and the other wire parts as well. We sent it back and it has been for five months we are unable to get a hold of them I called and got a hold of them one time when I leave messages they do not return them. The one time I got a hold of them they said a shipment was coming in the beginning of April and I should call back then I have tried to call and left several messages since 1 April and my calls are ignored. At this point I am unsure what to do but I paid a lot for that bike and in the past year I have only been able to use it for three or four months.

Love the bike! The color a little less, but the e-bike still looks good. If you are a frequent rider and need to travel long distances, and you don't have a way to charge your e-bike battery, the F-16 duel battery is for you. Customer service is also great, recommended.

I bought the B-52 step-thru and I just hit the 2-month mark. I ride the bike to work every day and the B-52 makes the ride easy and smooth, especially since the road is pretty rough. If you are looking for a strong bike and wear a lot of skirts defiantly recommended.

This is an update from April 2,2020 review. Now I have about 2 years on this F-15RS ebike. Much has happened in my life during these 2 years of covid-19. This bike has really helped motivate me to get out more and cycle. Yes … you are still a cyclist when using a folding ebike! I was one of the first to ride the Davis double century on a mountain bike and will not be intimidated by those traditionalist still riding street bikes…. Now in the thousands with all the carbon fiber stuff! Expect some "looks" and even fearful reactions when on a bike trail w many pedestrians. They think you are on a motorcycle unless you peddle a bit! The fat tire is in a way scary … but I would never go back to less than 3″ wide just for the comfort alone.
So, more about the ebike. I now have about 1000 miles on this thing. I was running about 8 psi … enjoying massive comfort but realized the range really goes down to maybe 30 miles on flat land w small hills. I increased pressure up to 15psi. OMG back up to 50miles plus range! Go figure … how could I forget how important tire pressure is for less rolling resistance? You really notice when you run out of battery … and start to peddle back! The only problems I have had are the suspension bolt on rear shock nearly falling out. I consider this a lack of maintenance … and something to check at least once a year along with all fasteners. I have traveled at lot by car in the last year, with this ebike as cargo up and down the west coast, doing rides in Eugene, Portland and Seattle on the many bike trails/lanes. Hauling this on long trips well loosen stuff up … even not riding so much. Again this is just an observation of what maintenance you need to do. The hub still seems fine, performance wise and noise wise. Brakes just stay tuned … hydraulic is amazing. I have two batteries now, along with most parts for the offgrid PV system project …but still a work in progress. One extra design issue using Lithium batteries is you are never supposed to charge them when below freezing temps. I will have to make a low temp disconnect in the system. Many vanlifer systems have the same problem.

Bought 2 bikes from this place just before wife and I went south for the winter. Got to our campground, rained a lot in Myrtle Beach area, but were able to test our bikes out within the campground. Right off the bat, we noticed the back wheels on both bike's were not running true. You could actually feel the bike, and see it, wobble up and down. Got home from our winter get away, called BPM, told them of the problems, they suggested take the bikes to a shop to get them fixed, and that they would reimburse me for the repairs. Later the shop called and said there was nothing he could do, that the wheels were too far out to bring them back in, suggested looking into having 2 new wheels sent. Tried calling BPM, no answer, lot's of times. Emailed them, multiple times, they finally got back with me via email, said warranty doesn't cover labor, I then emailed them back and stated that I needed them to call me, that there was an issue I needed to talk to them about, not related to labor, being new rear wheels, nothing... I also emailed them and stated that if they are not going to send new back wheels, I want some of my money refunded, they have not responded at all, and why would they, they got my $3400...

Unfortunately, I recently had a bad experience with https://www.addmotor.com/, an online retailer of bikes and accessories. I ordered a bike from their website, but despite their assurances that it would be shipped promptly, the bike never arrived. What's worse, the company's customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me with a very negative impression of the company.

My troubles with them began when I decided to purchase a new bike for myself. After researching various models and brands, I settled on a bike that was sold on sixthreezero.com. I placed my order on their website and was given an estimated delivery date of two weeks later. I was excited to receive my new bike and eagerly awaited its arrival.

However, two weeks came and went, and my bike had not arrived. I contacted their customer service department to inquire about the delay. I was informed that my bike had not yet been shipped due to an inventory issue, but that it would be shipped out within the next few days. I was assured that I would receive a tracking number as soon as my bike had been shipped.

Days turned into weeks, and still, my bike had not arrived. I contacted the customer service department again, but this time, I was met with unresponsive and unhelpful representatives. My emails went unanswered, and when I called the company's phone number, I was put on hold for long periods of time or transferred to voicemail.

As my frustration grew, I began to do some research online and found that I was not alone in my bad experience with them. Other customers had reported similar problems with the company's slow shipping times and unresponsive customer service. Many of them had even reported that their bikes had never arrived at all.

After weeks of waiting and getting nowhere with their customer service department, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. I eventually received my refund, but the whole experience had left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only had I not received the bike I had ordered, but I had also wasted weeks of my time dealing with a company that seemed unwilling or unable to provide me with any meaningful assistance.
While I cannot speak to the quality of their products, I can say that their customer service and shipping practices left a lot to be desired. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a bike or accessories from this company to proceed with caution and be prepared for potential delays and difficulties.

My wife purchased the fat tire electric trike, T-950 from https://www.bpmimports.com/ unfortunately.
This company is a complete joke. I called them at *******047 and was directed to a voicemail.
NOBODY called me back for three days so I made the purchase online.
The trike came late, totally broken and with missing parts. I called the company again and NO answer.
Now, I am stuck with a junk and the company CANNOT be reached.
I am thinking of filing with the California Attorney's General office and also filing a suit against these CROOKS.
If there is any attorney who would help me, please let me know.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE RASCALS!

Not sure what this site is, but these reviews don't really make sense. At least not in my experience.
Bike needed its typical tune-up, as expected considering its move to and from in a well-packaged box.

After so, the 1000W exceeded my needs, I will note I am familiar with bikes and electric bikes so Im aware of max load and how not to push motors past their ideal configurations. Meaning do not over work your bike, if you are not aware you could cause damage to internal wiring.

I will note I do wish the industry would hurry up and change overall BAFANG controllers to a more sustainable gauge.

Try to be as knowledgeable in electric bikes regarding maintenance and use as much as possible, which will keep your bike in good working order.
