I bought 2 proteins blueberry cheesecake and carrot cake both missed the mark big time with nasty after taste plus their shipping took forever when i asked them about it their response was rude as well i will not buy from them again

I should have listened to the reviews. It is terrible. I watch all the ppl on Instagram who rave about and I don't know why. I bought frosted cookie protein powder, gross, I can't even describe the taste Cinnamon roll protein mug, disgusting, taste like plastic. Sample pack of protein bars, fiber, and some energy thing, EW! I can gag just looking at the fiber drink and the bars are your typical chalk like substance. Go with your gut, don't do it.

Bought 3 of their protein butters and, they were all bad. Chalky but watery at the same time. Protein is hard to mix. Left chunks. The only flavor tang didn't was the caramel that they are discontinuing. Biggest waste of money

I've tried so many proteins, appetite suppressors, and pre, over all- I havnt had much complaints. Their MELT is amazing and works great for me. It suppresses my appetite and keeps mg cravings to zero, which is huge. The protein, I've tired almost all- thanks samples!. Some I enjoy, blend, and over all taste better. Right now, their PHC(hot) with collagen is a must. Their mint chocolate chip, and blueberry cheesecake are awesome. For pre. LOVE the stim free. MELT- fruit punch is awesome, especially mixed with their peach sharp which I significantly notice a difference when I don't take it. It's all personal preference, but I finally found a company I truly love!

This company must have the largest block list in history. If you say one negative thing about their products, their automatic response is to block you and delete your comment. They love to put other companies on blast on their social media, but can't take any criticism themselves. It's a cowardly approach to running a business, and shows that they truly do not care about the people who purchase their products.

I've tried several proteins & almond butter products all have been good. I used the collagen powder everyday and really like it. I've never had a customer service issue. I've always received a free product with my order due to the amount I purchased and I've always liked the product sent. Shipping has always been fast.

I've been using for a long time. No issues. No complaints. One time my box never showed up. They expedited a new box then the original one showed up and I asked if I should send it back. They said no keep it. I think people need to get a hobby. Some of these reviews are pathetic and too well thought out…..

Protein Punch
May 26, 2021

I struggle w/ getting enough protein. I mix cinnamon roll w/ coffee in a bullet every morning, I love it. Now I have discovered silk ultra milk so I use that and I get 42 grams of protein in one drink! I thin this w/ a little water to my liking. Pricey but when you add up DD coffee, premade protein shakes etc it's not that bad.
Going to try peanut butter next.

Bowmar Supporter

Despite some of the negative reviews I've just read, I've never had a problem with Bowmar products. I have tried a number of their products and some flavors I like better than others, but that's just my personal preference. Luckily they sell samples so I didn't waste money on buying a tub that I didn't care for. Shipping was prompt, customer service was helpful. I really have nothing negative to say other than if you have a problem with Sarah, then stop following her and move on.

Great Product

I've been using Bowmar protein products for quite a while. I was very disappointment when the dulce de leche protein powder was discontinued. Mannnnn, that was the best -- in coffee or just mixed with almond milk or even water. So I moved on to the strawberry shake. Also AMAZING! And I have not had any problems with delivery -- I get my products within 3-4 days, just as promised. As far as I'm concerned... great product, great company.

It's really a shame that I need to write such a poor review. Because the products are overall good, but when you do get a bad product or poor experience, the customer experience is so bad, that it makes it not worth it to even buy from this company. Products are overpriced and prices continually increase. I've had several instances where my items were not delivered, and after 2 weeks of waiting for items that never arrived, customer service is slow to react and doesn't even try to make it up to you with expedited shipping. Their website boasts hundreds of 5 star reviews, but that's because they only publish the good reviews. I've written both good and poor product reviews based on my opinion and poor reviews are never posted. They delete any comments from their IG that make them look bad. They are very good at controlling the narrative and manipulating their customer base. I've spent a lot of money with this company, but I no longer will. There are way too many brands out their with quality just as good AND excellent customer service skills.

So far I've loved every product of theirs that I've tried. But when I ordered Protein Hot Chocolate it was mixing incorrectly & becoming thick/ gritty. The only way to contact the company is via email so I did so, asking if I was mixing it incorrectly, if the product was faulty, or if I could get a store credit/ refund. They asked a bunch of questions which I answered, they gave a few 1-2 word responses, then completely ignored me. I emailed a few more times 6 days ago and still nothing. Don't order anything from them unless you've already tried it and know you like it, because if you don't then tough luck. Great products mean nothing with terrible customer service.

The pumpkin pie flavor nut butter was gritty, almost like chewing a mouthful of sand, so I threw it away.

No complaints about the collagen; although, it would be helpful to know what types of collagen are in the product.

I have the Carrot Cake whey protein. The label says "Keep out of reach of children" and that it's not to be used by pregnant women, so I'm weary that it might contain heavy metals, since so many protein supplements have this issue, and this company is not verified by the Clean Label Project. What prompted this review is that I took a serving of Bowmar protein this evening and had heart palpitations about 15 minutes later. I don't know if there is a correlation, but the Bowmar protein is the only thing I took. And I normally don't have heart palpitations unless I've had too much sugar or salt. I'm extremely healthy by eating mainly organic fruits and vegetables, and lots of juicing. I want to supplement a protein, but I don't want to be counterproductive with my healthy eating by consuming a toxic protein powder. So letting the Clean Label Project verify your products would go a long way to building your brand.

Terrible

I've followed Sarah and bowmar nutrition for over a year. I always thought she was defensive and rude but the protein hot chocolate and greens were my favorite so I didn't mind supporting them. My last batch of protein hot chocolate was NOT normal and I thought they reformulated. Since it was past the return policy date I just decided not to use it. I was recently watching an Instagram live on her page and people were asking all types of questions and someone mentioned the change in PHC and very politely asked if they reformulated so I added that I also was wondering about it. Well she blocked me. So I sent her a dm to explain myself and she ignored it. I sent her another longer one describing how upset I was that she won't address the issue and how we have the right as consumers to know these things. I mentioned how much I've supported her since they started the business and I assumed she'd have the heart to respond. She ignored this message as well. She does not care about her consumers but this goes beyond customer service. She blocks anyone that questions her products instead of informing us. Two friends of mine have also had issues with their greens to which they told them that batch should not have been sent out. Instead of informing her consumers about the batch she hid it and kept selling it. In a business already not regulated by the FDA we rely on the business owners for information and other safety concerns but Sarah refuses to acknowledge concerned customers. I hope the word spreads because I no longer trust her products and worry about consuming anything they produce.

The pineapple sharp is soooo good, but anytime I've reached out with a question, I get a short typical snarky Sarah Bowmar response, surprised my order wasn't cancelled after my reply back to who I assume was Sarah. Please for the love of god someone else make flavored Nootropics so we can all leave this company. Girl needs to take a step back and accept the fact that she should not be doing her own CS since she clearly cannot be professional.

I followed Sarah on Instagram for a long time until she blocked me on her personal page for accidentally liking a negative comment someone left. I told her it was an accident and that I looked up to her, and she just goes and deletes the entire comment thread. This is normal behavior that I've seen over time. Someone can ask an innocent question about the ingredients in her product and she leaves some snarky reply or straight up blocks them. Same goes for when people ask her fitness questions. Sometimes she'll answer, but with an attitude half the time. She goes on about how important her fans are to her and whatnot, but she doesn't act the part genuinely. All of this translates into how she conducts her business. I'm not sure why she insists on managing her own customer service for Bowmar Nutrition, because she brings all that attitude to it. People have had issues dealing with her when something was wrong with their order or they were dissatisfied with the product. It would probably be a better idea to hire someone who is more suited to customer service and not constantly rude or on the defensive. The products themselves are about average, although I find the taste of the protein, greens and collagen to be slightly better than some bigger name brands. I don't think it's worth dealing with the company.

Meeen I am taking BOWMAR nutrition sooo long time and I never had problem with absolutely any of their supplements so thosecrwviews looks in my eyes like some fake informations cause I really did tried and using every their product besides fiber and some vitAmins...
