I placed an order for 7 shirts and had to return 4 of them. I saw the phrase "No Hassle Returns, Plus Exchanges" and didn't read the fine print. This was a Big Mistake! They have a 20% restocking fee! So I not only paid $9 to ship them back but they charged me $32 to "restock"! I also found most of the shirts much cheaper on amazon after the fact.
I bought a shirt and needed to exchange the same shirt for a different size. They sent me an email with a return number and an address to send my shirt to, but no label you have to pay for the return yourself. I paid FedEx $16 to return the shirt before the 15 days to avoid the restocking fee. One month later FedEx returned my shirt with a return to sender stamp. I sent another email asking them why they did not receive my shirt and they merely sent me out a Nother generated email telling me to return it again. These shirts are expensive and there is no way to return them apparently. Do not do business with this company!
I found them online, liked the theme. There was a small issue with the seam on a shirt. She is making me a new one. Custom shirts and great customer service. That is how to bowl a strike. Thank you!
