Delivery of my order was quick. I'm very satisfied with service and product. I ordered a pair of Linds bowling shoes and I knew what to expect. However, it would have been more helpful if the shoes were shown from different angles instead of only one angle. I did not need to contact customer service or make a return so I could not rate those. The shoes are great.

Good price for the roller-bag and prompt delivery.

The brokerage fee charged by the shipping company was ridiculous, all up they charged almost 50% of the purchase price. Definitely should ship via USPS with tracking, they do not gouge on trans border transactions unlike the private shipping companies like UPS.
Other than that I am happy with my purchase.
