Response is really slow when trying to click place order. Prices are good, I'll give an honest response when I receive my ball exactly as I ordered, 4" pin out, top weight 2.5 to 3.0

***** Received ball quickly, asked for pin out 4". Box says 3 to 4 on it.? Specifically said 4 " out.
