Was great and easy to use.

I was disappointed the shipping option I choose wasn't a real option to select. The matter was handle fast and was pleased with there quick response on fixing the matter as best as possible.

I was surprised at how fast I rec'd the ball, I had it drlled and bowled with it the same day. LOve it!
Earlier I ordered a ball for my wife Mary Wittman and we still have not rec'd it. An email msg says it should be here tomorrow, the 28th of Oct.

I received my shoes 2 days after I placed the order, and the shipping was free!
After I received my items, I had several questions and contacted customer service.
I received an answer within an hour! All around excellent experience!

I like the ease of PayPal or Amazon. We'll see how the shipping and product goes. Shipping was on time, product quality was great. I wish I knew a little more about the size return insurance for shoes, which I got assuming if they didn't fit I could exchange them. After wearing the shoes a little, I think I'll end up keeping them, but overall service was easy and good quality.

Didnt say online that they did not have the ball that i wanted anymore since it was discontinued and i thought this place had it. Since they still had the order button available and then i found out they didnt a couple days later and now i got to wait for paypal to release my money.

I thought I was suppose to get $*.** off when I selected to LIKE Bowler Store on Facebook. And that didn't happened. When will I get the $*.** credit? Other than that the experience was ok.
