So far so good...a little sad when the original ball could not be shipped since it was out of stock & the website still says the ball is available. The Rep Tyler Philpot was a great help and I appreciate his patience working with me through e-mail to help me find another ball for a special birthday present.

Site was easy to navigate and I appreciate that they allow Paypal purchases. It was great that they allowed me to engrave my bowling ball after I already purchased my bowling ball... but I would have felt better about getting a confirmation email that the engraving order went through... I tried contacting the store via email with no response. But I did recieve the bowling ball, complete with engraving, and it is wonderful.

I liked the free shipping with the order.

I would have liked to have been able to choose my color on the brunswick microfiber towel i received. The site said they are black and blue and i received the blue one wanting the black. Other than that it was a good shopping experience.

I just found your site and am impressed with your selection. I was quite pleased with the service, and am very pleased with the product I ordered. I will do it again when the time comes.

I was very happy with the bowling shoes that I bought from your web site. My old shoes broke the last night I bowled so I came home to order new ones from your site. I found they was cheaper on your site an would be shipped before the next night I bowled.

Overall experience was great. However I received a shipped confirmation 2 days before it actually shipped. I was then a little disappointed that the package didn't come sooner.

I have ordered from you recently and am extrememly satisfied with the choise of products, ease of use with the website, ease of ordering a product and no quibble on returns, the customer service is fantastic.

My order was received complete and in a reasonable amount of time - My only issue was that I thought I was ordering a different brace then what showed up - and although it was new (Yeah) it was obviously old stock as it was pretty dusty and the box was pretty beat up. The shoes made up for it though! All in all everything was great :)

I like my bag I received. I am not very tall sooooooooo this bag is just the right size for me to carry my ball and shoes. Not to over whelming. Tried it out this week for first time. Seemed to do the job. Will see if it holds up but why wouldn't it.

There were lots of product options and the process was simple and efficient.

I ordered shoe protectors and it did not let me puy what size I ordered shoes so maybe it lknows but I am not sure I need extra large protectors

I received my bowling bag in record time! It was just what I needed to update from my ****'s bowling bag...the shoulder strap adds extra help in carrying the ball from the car to the bowling center. Bowlerstore.com has been helpful in my purchases in the past and I'm sure they will continue to be in the future.
