The shopping experience itself was very good. However, when we recieved the order, it was wrong. I am now in a position where I have to pay return shipping because they sent the wrong size.

Entered the wrong expiration date on my card and was denied my order, had to delete my browsing history so your site "forgot" me so I could fix it to place my order. Annoying, but not tragic.

There seems to be a hangup,when its time to make payment.thats why earlier today i just gave up finishing my order.if you had not sent me a email letting me know i left items in my cart.i would have not probably ordered this item.i have ordered bowling balls and other items in the past ten to fifteen years and there always has been a problem with ordering on line.you need to revamp your online ordering site. Used my new xxtra2 shoes same night I got them. Only rolled a 652 but just about average, but the shoes are awesome now that I have them adjusted the same way I had my old ones. Got them exactly the day when promised.Definitely will buy from them again.

I like communication after an order by e-mail. Got your order, shipped your order, delivery date and tracking info without asking for it, etc. Try to keep your prices fare, and your shipping reasonable if not free.

The Bowling Pin I ordered for the Pittsburgh Steelers was worth waiting the extra time for, that I knew I would have to wait. Its now the Centerpiece of my Steelers display.
