The shoes were priced higher than other sites that I viewed but I only found the bowling bag that I wanted on your site. I thought the shoe covers they I bought came as a pair, since you buy shoes that way. Very disappointed to find out there was only 1 and the cost was ridiculous. Why don't you up the cost and sell two. Not sure I will be buying from you again.
Love the shoes. Great quality. The ordering and follow up service is 5 * all the way.

Your check-out process is terible. I think you guys need to invest some money in a system that really works. One of your adds states that you ship worldwide however my Chicago address was not an optional shipping address? Really?
There's no such thing as tracking of your order progress on your web and there are some issues with your shipping department. I received an e-mail that my order was shipped on Monday but in reality my order didnt leave your warehouse till Wednesday or Thursday and I was unable to figure out what the true status of the order was since your web options only allow you to check your order status by entering UPS or USPS tracking numbers which doesn't work if your shipment was sent via FedEx...

Was very satisfied with the product i recieved. Also was impressed with the time it took to get my order. Ordered on Sunday the 9th recieved on Wednesday the 12th.
The delivery date was for *-**-**. It was on the truck for delivery that morning and I expected it aleast by 7:00p, but it was not delivered until after 12 midnight.
Easy to use and quick turn around
Thank heavens I stumbled on to your web sight. None of the stores near me sell bowling shoes or shoe bags, and I needed a bag to keep my shoes in. The service was great and I had my shoebag in just a few days of ordering. The price was very good and reasonable!

Website stated that product was in stock when in fact they did not actually have it. After not receiving product I tried to contact customer service. First I tried the online chat and waited for 15 minutes without talking to anyone even though it said they were online. Then I called and got an automated system and had to leave message and got no response. Finally on second try at a later date was able to talk to somebody via online chat. Was told they were in stock when I ordered but that they were backordered now even though website still showed them in stock. Finally received after two weeks. Every other website I looked at at least told truth and said they were backordered.
Checkout is a little confusing. You need to select something in the next category to proceed, but are not made aware of this. Other than that my expirience was very positive.
