So you calling me a liar, for everyone to know i as a soap maker will speak the truth Botanie soap is a great source for good made soap i will not denied that, what really did bother me was the fact Jason K, did not even offer to discount the bars that was 5 months old maybe more because of the fainted scent and crumbling while peeling the edges with a potato peeler, believe me i love they product i just got staff on a bad Jason K, deal that went wrong but is not the company fault is the discipline of a bad manager or owner with bad customer practices. I will not purchase again until i get proper justification on a wrong deal from tirants working for a great soap making place.
All their soaps are very nice. I can't go back to regular store bought any longer. The company is very good to work with, top notch customer support. Other than the Craft Soaps we produce, use them for our private label retail line.
I often used to change my soap when really did not get the goodness of Botaniesoap. I used to take bath twice regularly. I had recommended Botaniesoap too many of my friends and now they also feel happy for me for giving such a good experience of mine.
I buy the bar soaps and foaming soap in gallon quantities. Patchouli bar soap sells the best. Fast shipping and good pricing. I only wish they would bring back the oatmeal spice foaming soap.

This is a disappointing review after the lengths we went to provide the customer with information and a no-cost means or returning any or all of his order for a full product refund. We reviewed our manufacturing records of the bars in question and communicated that they were made 4 months ago (not 5), leaving at least 8 months of the strong, sublime scent provided by the all-natural essential oils used to make the bar. Our retained samples of the bars showed that the bar shaved cleanly without crumbling when we used a potato peeler to soften the edges.
It's too bad that the customer was unsuccessful in substituting the soap we made for his own, different formulation. We stand by the quality of all the soaps we produce for brands like this customer’s. And we aim to provide customers with the very best service. That’s why we were happy to extend the option of a refund once the customer returned the product.
