Born Pretty

This is my first time ordering from Born Pretty and I was really worried because I read the reviews AFTER I placed my order. So I waited for about two weeks and still no news of my order being shipped out, so at this point I had given up all hope. Flash forward one month, MY ORDER ARRIVED! SO, if you decide to order... order at your own risk. I may have been the few who received their order. But I do plan to order from them again. (Note: Not shipped within 24hrs, my order shipped out a week after payment was received.)

Wouldn't respond after ~a month of waiting. All I wanted to know was if there was a problem because the order hadn't been updated. Not asking for a refund or anything. They didn't get back to me until I escalated it with paypal.

Then, sent the items in 2 different order, which they didn't tell me about. I had to wait another couple of weeks after asking why half of my order was missing. The second half arrived before they got back to me.

Missed 2 items. I asked if they could re-send the items, or issue me a refund so I could order them myself.

Several emails later about how they apparently hadn't missed any items, they finally admit they did miss them. BUT, they want a picture of the items and packaging I received so I can prove it.

At this point, it has been ~3 weeks since the second package came, and ~1.5 months since the first. I obviously don't have the packaging they came in any more. All this over 2 items worth less than $5 together, which I was just going to reorder with the refund anyway.

In sum, don't bother. Go with a company that won't give you the run-around. I'm willing to take the loss at this point just so I can move on.

Though it claims "shipping within 24h worldwide" it takes forever UNTIL you actually ask for it. After 2weeks from my order I asked them what's going on. They said because one item was sold out they had to wait for it. So I waited. Another 2 weeks passed and I saw no change in my order status. I again emailed when will you ship. They said it's already shipped. But there's no tracking number or anything ( I assume they didn't ship at that time) in the end they finally provided me the tracking number after a month. However I'm still waiting to receive my order. They shipping method takes really long time from Singapore or China.
Also PayPal usually allows you to dispute but with Bornpretty, it's nearly impossible to dispute so in the end you have to wait forever. I'll never order from this website.

I just made my first purchase on BornPrettyStore and I can say I'm super satisfied with them. I got a hand made eyelash and also a small makeup brush. I really liked how the eyelashes were strong and really pretty. I was able to reuse them for about 6 times?._. In the BornPretty Online Shop you can buy especially nailart and beauty tools for low prices. They have an unbelievable amount of items, so everybody will find the right thing. The nailart products I ordered had a very good quality. If you have any questions on how to use something you can have a look at their homepage, there are tutorials and more. Just the shipping to germany took very long (up to 6 weeks). But everything was included in the parcel, so I am very satisfied.

I ordered from this website, it was not a cheap order, 200 usd, I used the 20% off code so because of this I did not get the free EMS or DHL shipping but that was fine, I did not mind waiting for my order.
I stayed in contact with them and they told me the order was send of a couple of days after I ordered it, but it wasn't.
2 weeks later they said that it indeed only got shipped off that day, but again, it wasn't, only a week later the shipping company got the parcel.
I was not happy with this since they have been lying to me multiple times, but than I got my expensive order and only half of the items got here. Only the cheap half, so only 1/3 of the money I spend I got, all the other items I still have not got.

Never buy of this website if you don't want to have people lying to you and ripping you off. I will now get my money back luckily but still, it was a waste of a month.

I have ordered from BornPrettyStore now three times. Each item I have received has been of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Also, being in the US, shipping was very inexpensive, which is something I always worry about when I am ordering something from overseas. It does take about 3 weeks to get your order if you are in the US, but I am perfectly willing to wait, because I know that the item I get is going to be of good quality and the bargain is phenomenal.

I was very happy when my order came, especially as it came when I was expecting it, which was perfect! The products are easily affordable, and they are worth the price. The majority of the items sold are those that I cannot find in high street stores, which is great, especially as they are so affordable and great quality items! The customer service I received was helpful as I had enquiries regarding payments, and BornPretty replied to my email literally within the space of 5 minutes! The fact that there are regular discount codes is also a bonus! It is very likely I will be shopping there again!

I was a bit afraid the first time I discovered this website, but then I had to change my mind. The staff were so nice and the products were wonderfull! The quality was amazing, all the things were perfect and original and I could find whatever I want! The price are very low, and the shipping is free all around the world! And then, they have super-discounts day by day, where you could find many things for just 0,99$! And there are coupons, for example mine is CAMG10 and you'll pay less! So, what do you want more?

I really like the website and the products which are presented in the Born Pretty Store. I used varnishes from Born Pretty new collections Flower in the Sunshine Series "Tender" BP-FS02 and 3D Magnetic Aurora Series BP-MA01 "Astral Realm" and "Aurora Borealis". All nail polishes which I had used from Born Pretty very high quality and stayed more than a week on the nails.
I was truly amazed how well and carefully the nail polish was packed and it couldn't be broken or damaged during transportation. They have very comfortable brush which easy to use. All nail polished have a very good consistency and don't flow. They dries very quickly. If accidentally hooked during drying - you can easily fix everything. The effect of "cat's eye" is stunning. The "Tender" has incredibly sparkling holographic particles on the sun and it can be applied in 3 layers or on a substrate.
