Placed an order. Paid the same DAY!... I emailed after 5 days. They said they had shipped. Then got an email 8 days later with a shipping ref that was for that day. So they lied. It took 13 days for them to post the items. When it arrived. Only half the order arrived and the one of the items had been badly packaged and it exploded all over the contents of the parcel. They wanted to fob me off with a $3 voucher. Told them it was worthless to me as I never ever shop with them EVER again!. Be warned!

I placed 3 orders over 2 months ago and began inquiring about them after 1 month. I was told that 2 were on the way and 1 had been delivered but I got nothing so I waited a few more weeks and still nothing. I asked again this time they said 2 were delivered and to look for it as in go to the post office and door to door in my neighborhood. After going back and forth with them being rude for at least 3 weeks I got fed up and told them to resend my stuff or refund me. Another week goes by and they offered no help except telling me to go look for them. They attempted to refund me only after I threatened to show their rude emails of them not helping me and report them as fraud to my bank. But the refunds went to 2 separate PayPal accounts and only one of them is mine with my cancelled debit card linked to it and nothing shows up on my bank account. Not sure if its because the card is cancelled or because its through PayPal. I guess I won't be getting my other refund because that isn't my account and it has my old email address on it so I still don't have my money. I will never order directly from them again. This has been the worst experience and I don't think they ever sent anything because the chances of 3 separate orders getting lost is very slim

I received a watch from born pretty a few days ago and I am thrilled with it! I've only had it for a few days and so many people have complimented it, comparing it to designer brands such as Olivia Burton because of the amazing quality. I placed an order on the 13th of February and it still says its status is paid (today is february 26) not shipped. They said they were on holiday and would not ship until they came back on Feb 16th but the complete lack of communication is very frustrating. I am trying to figure out if my order has shipped and/or when it will ship. I have opened a ticket several days ago and sent an e-mail and not gotten responses to either one of them. This company does not communicate well at all.

If I would have known that this business was located in China, I would have cancelled my order! The website has NO mention ANYWHERE that they are not located in the U.S.A. I ordered my items on Feb 28,2016, the status is showing "paid' and that is all. No mention of an estimated delivery or that is has been shipped. I emailed them 5 days ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. My ONLY saving grace is that I purchased through PayPal. At least I can file a dispute!

I have tried 2 sets of false lashes from Bornpretty and they are of extremely high quality with a cheap price tag. I would highly recommend buying your falsies from the site. I have also tried an eyeshadow palette and it had amazing pigmentation and a good variety of colours. Overall, I would say their eye products are very good and worth buying! The only negative issue is that the shipping to Australia takes 3-4 weeks.

I love the BornPrettyStore makeup items as blush, eyeshadow, brush set etc.as for the blush, The shade pink is very visible on my cheek and gives awesome glow. The shimmers are very less and they helps to make the cheeks glow without making it cakey. Oily skin beauties will love this blusher as it stays for 4 to 5 hours without fading in this summer. I loved the glowy pink look on my cheeks and it is a new experience for me. Dry skin beauties may need proper moisture base for this blusher, so that the blusher will not emphasize your open pores or pimples.

I've had a wonderful experience with Born Pretty Store so far. I love that it's a online store with great affordable products. I am a nail designer, so my nail tools and nail design related items are pretty much from this store. I like the quality and the prices. The customer service is great. My questions were answered within 24 hours. I have never had problems with shipping. I live in the US and it takes up to 3 weeks to receive the purchased items. I receive my items nicely packed and never had anything damaged. I am highly satisfied with nail related items. Good luck to the store in the future!

Ordered 10/25/2016- today is 11/29/2016. The plate that I ordered was to be for Thanksgiving and needless to say even if I get it, it will be sitting around for a year. I thought that I had plenty of time given that their website states ships within 24 hours and shipping takes 10-15 business days. I opened a ticket and they asked me to wait 10 more days before they will do anything about it. For those giving high reviews stating that it's expected for it to take months... then their website should correlate with that. They are flat out lying and for someone who wouldn't know any better we trust what the site states. I will not be ordering from them again because I despise liars and poorly run businesses. I work hard for my money and they had no issue taking it immediately and then putzing around with my purchase. I refuse to be an entity who keeps them in business and allow them to dupe others like me.
