I ordered 6 books from you, 5 of the 6 were damaged, 3 of the 4 very badly damaged and the 4th not as bad. While your pricing is very good, your website states "new books" and these were very much so not new books.

Book outlet is very easy to navigate and find what I am looking for. My packages arrive relatively quickly and I'm always happy with what I receive.
Took a really long time to get to my house. Almost a week an a half. Also had like a knife cut through the front of the book? Looked like someone just sliced the front of the book and then put it in the bag and shipped it off.

Bought this book as a gift and my recipient is very pleased with it.
I ordered a few of the same book to give as gifts to my girlfriends. One of the books is in too bad of shape to gift. I know the website says there may be a slight embellishment but there is no way I could gift the book. The rest seem to be fine for gifting.
I was very impressed with Book Outlet. I belong to a book club where we each have a month where we choose and provide books, provide a place to meet, and refreshments. My turn is in March and the book I chose was so new that our local libraries only had a total of 4 books I could check out in a 20 mile radius. Instead if wasting gas and chasing down books that we could only have for 2 weeks, I thought I'd buy 6 copies to share. All of the used book stores only had one or two copies, which were pricey with expensive shipping. After searching for an hour, I found the Book Outlet. I could get several books for $6.11 a copy. If I bought 6 books, the shipping was free and the books were all in good condition. I placed my order and got them yesterday. All of the books were brand new books. When we are finished reading the book, I plan on donating the copies to our local libraries. The only glitch was the books were supposed to be here in 7-10 days. It took 14 days but because I still have a month before I need then so no problem. I also realize you are from Canada and I'm in Utah and we've had several winter storms which probably slowed down shipping.
I am very satisfied with the service however I did receive an extra box with somebody else's book that I have to return.

It is not clear where the item will be shipping from. Yes, it was on of the lower priced, however, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR…the package arrived damaged, the book, supposed to be in holder, was not, bent outer binding

Really happy with my order, it arrived super fast, well packaged, books in excellent condition. No plastic waste and amazing customer service. This was my first order and a book was missing but opened up a ticket and got a reply really fast and replacement shipped. Overall I will continue purchase books.
