I received someone else's order. This has never happened with any other online book seller and I buy a lot of used books online.
I ordered several books and my box came damaged. So one of the books got damaged. Other than that it was a great experience.
I love that sometimes $5 off coupons are sent and I can use them to basically get free shipping for whatever books I want.

Loved that I could get all the books I wanted at half if not more of the price. The website was easy to navigate, overall just a great experience.
Shipping took almost 3weeks to arrive, which in this day and age of next day deliveries... 3 weeks is insane.
