I love searching for books I know I want to buy and books in topical areas I am interested in on bookoutlet.com. I haven't been disappointed with any of my purchases over the past two years from bookoutlet.com. I do wish there was more of a selection (books I want are often out of stock), but I do have fun checking the website regularly and occasionally find a much-wanted book in stock. I also love the rewards program involving one point for every $2 spent!
Always receive every item that I have purchased, with little to no damage on most books. However, every single order has been delivered with an OPEN box. Maybe change packaging? Overall I'm pleased with the items I have received other than some noticeable damage/torn covers and pages/and some strangely dirty books.

My only issue was that I had ordered a book that was showing available, and then after paying was sent an email saying that the book I had ordered was not in stock. Just a quick sellout and it did not show low stock item when I ordered.
