Ordered a book as a gift for my mom. Entered her name & address, but apparently there's a little box that you have to 'untick' instead of 'tick', to have it shipped to another recipient instead of to the billing address which is the default one. I called & was told they'd had issues with other people having this same problem so were going to change & fix it. But no offer to refund me or send another to my mom though...not very happy as I've ordered four books from them, wasn't like that was just my only order!
Came across this quite by accident while doing a google search of a book I was looking for, & now have ordered 3 books from them already! Great selection, 'read-iculously' low prices, & cheap, fast shipping!

Really glad I can purchase a used book online and still get it in the same or less time than I would if I had order it from Amazon or and online bookstore. Price-wise it did save me almost half the retail price to purchase with Book Outlet however if you found your desired book at a thrift store that would definitely be cheaper.

Ordering from book outlet was easy and straight forward. They have great prices and I got my order a week after I placed my order.

Price was excellent - half of what it was every else online - and shipping extremely reasonable. Actually, MORE than reasonable considering it was shipped express.

I did not find the price as super savings. May be total of 1 or 2 dollars savings I made.
I ordered 2 Wide Margin Reference Bibles from Book Outlet at a great price already, but unfortunately Crossway had printed one of the Bibles upside down! So, I asked Book Outlet what could be done, and they not only let me keep the faulty Bible, but sent me TWO new Bibles free of charge. Their customer service representative was very kind and generous, and I will definitely be buying my books from this site alone.
I can't always find every book I'm looking for, but they have a massive selection at great prices. My only request would be to allow us to select our favorite authors and get an email when you have books from them in stock. I would end up buying a lot more that way if I didn't always have to guess and search.
The Bomber Mafia book arrive in what I would call poor condition.
The back cover was damage as well as several other area. It looked like a very well used book
