I ordered through Bookoutlet as the prices were good and they had a bunch of series I've been wanting to read, the only concern I had was the tracking number didn't exist so I didn't know where my packages were but it took about a week almost two to show up, the books were packed perfectly no rips or tears, little marker dot on the side but doesn't effect reading
When I opted to used Book Outlet, I was impressed with the selection, the prices and the many reviews I read through. After choosing two gifts for my daughter's friends, I was looking forward to her giving them their presents. But, once the order was shipped, the tracking information disappeared - no ETA, no updates. I received our order today to find that one of the books has a damaged binding, where the last page has been pulled apart. It's unbelievable the condition this book is in to be sold as is. If the company cannot rectify this issue, I definitely will not be a customer.
Also the tracking number cannot be found

Basically the books were perfect but the delivery was a nightmare. No tracking or updates (selected those options), didn't know who was even delivering, called the company of the one email I got telling me my package was shipped. A company called metroland, they told me they will send me emails when it is received from book outlet and waiting waiting suddenly my brother visits and says there was a package on the porch. This was at 730pm, no notifications, if he didn't come over it could have been there all night if I was lucky; there are night prowlers every night where I live. It's a no brainer that I won't be buying anymore books here, there is just no logic to it I might as well just tape a $20 bill to my door.
Purchased a desk calendar for 2023. Paid a fraction of store price and got it delivered in a reasonable time. I would buy from this supplier again.
Excellent choices. Slow receipt of the parcel, more likely Canada Pist. Book Outlet was very quick to respond and correct concerns. My parcel took an extended trip to get to me and two items were missing from the damaged box. Book Outlet responded quickly, refunded the one item now out of stock and resent the other. Very pleased with the service.
Books ended up arriving almost a week from the original estimated delivery date. Still, great value!
Book choice is vast and delivery is very speedy with items well packaged for shipping. The only complaint would be that one of the board books had a tab that was quite bent to the point of almost breaking. I know the books are classified as bargain, thus the price point is good. So will repair myself.
I purchased 3 books online and they were the cheapest prices I could find on them. They got to my house in a few days and we're in perfect condition. Highly recommend book outlet to anyone!
I ordered around the time of Boxing Day sales & got over 10 books for around $100 (free shipping) and for the rush of the holiday season they still came so quickly. As always I'm so impressed with the prices of these books that are in amazing quality, just like new.

I would have wanted to know which books were hard cover or soft cover before as well as which had wear and tear vs almost brand new. I'm not dissatisfied I will read them even with some wear and tear it's just something I would have liked to know before hand.
