As easy as one, two, three. Received my order quickly.

I sent my order in buy unfortunately I had the same book on twice. I received my order with two books the same. My fault. Waste of a book LOL

Overall navigating the website is easy, the price are reasonable, the inventory are updated on a regular basis and I've had a few lucky finds where it's books I can't find unless it's double the original price. The books arrive well packaged and are typically in very good shape.

Ordered and payed less than half of any other sites. Received it quickly and in perfect condition.

I bought 6 books and 4 out of the 6 were damaged. One severely with three obvious slices on the cover. The others has ripped pieces and dented edges. The 4 books look INCREDIBLY used. :( really disappointing.

Purchased puzzles. Website was easy to use and, once ordered, was delivered arrived quickly.

I like ordering from the Book Outlet as I feel I get a fair price. Besides offering good prices for the books, they have an up to date selection of newer books, sometimes older books as well and they offer a way to earn points to use as a reduction in the overall price of the books on top of the already reduced prices! So definitely a good value. The only issue I had with this recent purchase was the track order function. The link in the email didn't work but I noticed that Metroland was down for a few days in between so they might have done an update that didn't get incorporated into the link. However, when I tried the tracking number in their website, it only showed that the item had been picked up and not that it was en route which it must have been as the package arrived at my door two days later. So not a problem with Book Outlet, more of an issue with their delivery company.

A book arrived damaged; a replacement was sent, shipped inside a plastic envelope which didn't prevent the second book from being damaged. I don't think I can't shop here anymore. Just tired of it. Customer service is very nice, though.

Prices are great delivery times was perfect, but for the most part all of my books were damaged. Folded pages, ripped, black marker on them. I understand the prices are good, but I would still appreciate new condition. Thank you

I bought books for as gifts for an event, but I needed a few more. I could no longer find the books where I previously purchased them. I found the Book Outlet on a google search and was very happy to find the books at a better price than my original purchase!

Ordered a bunch of interesting well reviewed books, journals and other odd & ends. Have purchased multiple times. When buying more than 1-2 books all the books are jammed into a box with no packing material and are very loose. I had soft covers where the front cover was bent in the middle on a right angle from slamming into another book. Another two books wedged inside of each other so interior pages were damaged. Corners of hardcovers freshly crushed. It's a shame, alot of the books would be nearly perfect if not for this shipping damage.

I was able to find 9 books for around $50 - cheaper than my local thrift stores! The delivery was even faster than estimated and all books are in great condition.

I would love if I could curate my experience through being able to "block" books I'm not interested in, so I only see new content! I would love a "watch" feature for books I'd like to purchase, should they become available!

So many titles to choose from, the prices are incredible and it was delivered very quickly.

BookOutlet prices are great, books ship in a reasonable time, customer service is good.
The company they ship with - Metroland and their affiliates - is terrible. Tracking is poor, books are delivered before or after business hours, on weekends, holidays, etc. and just left outside. This is an ongoing problem that is not addressed.

The order, purchase and delivery were great. A couple of the book covers were damaged due to either packaging or handling which was a bit disappointing.

I love to treasure hunt through the books to find deals. I am never really sure what I will find but I check this site often and usually find things to purchase.
