I placed a small order (4 kids board books and 1 novel for myself) for my first order. It shipped within 2 days, and delivered a couple days after that. With the book prices being so much lower than regular book stores, I am able to buy my daughters more to help grow their love of books. Overall an amazing experience and will be order again a lot in the future.
I ordered two Jamie Oliver cookbooks that I have been searching for and did not want to pay 45 plus dollars for. You had the two that I was looking for and they were at a phenomenal price. Both arrived in a beautiful box and in perfect condition within days of my initial order.
My books were sent out of order and mixed up then when reached, customer service agent was unhelpful. So will no longer buy books from outlet.
I love shopping at Book Outlet to find great deals on books and to find titles that I sometimes can't find elsewhere! They always run promotions and shipping is typically quick. Shopping in-person at their store is always a nice experience too.
A friend directed me to the site during one of their sales, and I was like a kid in front of the christmas tree! I found 14 books, and more than half of them I was actively looking for, and it cost me under 9$ per book WITH shipping. I will be buying again for sure!
I was happy with how quick the delivery process was and I got all my items except for one that I ordered. I would have given a higher review star result but that is frustrating. Hoping it can be resolved quickly.
Books are thrown in box with no packing and arrived crushed and many books banged up, wet, or broken. I am always refunded but the process of taking pictures and emailing and being asked for more pictures is a huge hassle. I also received 2 empty boxes even. Shipping has really gone downhill from when I first started ordering. It would also be nice if it was indicated whether the book was truly in new condition or had different pen slash discount marks.
I ordered 7 hardcover books from Book Outlet discounted to $2 from the original price! Unfortunately, the first box was stolen but customer service remedied this by sending another box.
My wife and I have just purchased our 1st books from Book Outlet and are7ipt pleased with the results in terms of quality of product, price and quickness of delivery. We will most likely make further purchases from Book Outle.
As usual, the delivery was super fast and exactly what they said it would be. In fact, it arrived a day earlier than anticipated.
Two of the 4 books I got were good. The other two had significant damage to them. If I would have known, I wouldn't have purchased them.

The books I received were in excellent condition in a timely manner.
Good deals but should make it more clear that all books have marks on them. Some covers damaged etc.

Picked up seven hardcover books for $65 including tax and shipping and had it on my doorstep within four days.
Customer service is wonderful. The prices of the books are amazing. The quality of the books are brand new. The only thing is that it depends what books they have in stock as they don't always have everything I'm looking for. Even so I've discovered a lot of different books!
I made an order last week for three books. When I click "track my order" the tracking website still says "Not Found".
The shipping confirmation email states 1-3 business days may be needed to reflect the tracking information, but that timeframe has passed. I am beginning to wonder what happened to my order.
It's fun to shop for books on book outlet. It's a bit of a hunt to find a book you want but it's an adventure.
