I was on the phone for an hour and a half plus, trying to make a reservation for three rooms. The woman kept going back-and-forth about the prices the dates it was a nightmare experience very, very stressful and unpleasant. This woman has no business working in a reservation department at a hotel. They did not have the rooms that we wanted after we spent all this time on the telephone. She should have put a hold on the two rooms we wanted, but she didn't and at the end of the conversation so she said the two rooms were not available. This is outrageous. We should not be paying a cancellation fee.
I had a complicated situation with trying to make a reservation with Hyatt in Huntington Beach. It's a bit of a long story regarding addresses and credit cards, but Tanisha did not give up and stayed with me and I finally was able to secure and confirm a reservation so that I can visit my children and grandchildren. I thank her very much! It is so important for all of us to try to connect and communicate and resolve a problem together if possible and she did just that Carmen Black

I specifically called to check the room amenities because I was looking to book a specific type of room. She assured me that she found the room I was looking for and asked if I wanted to book it. Upon checkin I found out the was not what I specifically ask for and it was s significantly different. Also the rate in which that she book me in for was also higher then what I could've book for on the Hilton app as a honors reward holder. ThirdlyEven though I call the hotel directly to book, the reservation was still made through an outside source so I will not be receiving my rewards points for this stay. All around bad experience.

Lindsey was very sweet and kind when gently letting me know that the hotels I was looking at in Stratford, Ontario, Canada were almost completely booked for the dates I needed, five months ahead! She found me a room within walking distance of the Festival theaters. I was very relieved. She is warm and friendly as well as extremely professional and efficient. She turned my disappointment into relief! 😇
