Bookingwiz.com is easily the worst booking website I've ever used! The processing of orders must not be automated because anything booked after hours or on weekends won't be processed. I booked two tickets to Phuket, and my flight is in just a few hours and still haven't received my official booking number. To avoid paying twice for the same tickets, I'm wary of booking with another website in the case the transaction goes though. They don't allow cancellations, refunds, or changes.
