I was promised seller leads from my territory. Instead, I got bogus Facebook leads from nowhere near me and from two different states where I am not licensed to sell real estate. Please don't fall for their sales pitch. Bold Leads are worthless and their customer service is even worse! The leads are supposed to fill out a form with their contact information. I think somehow the form autofills because none of the leads remembered filling anything out. They were surprised by my calls and told me that they never clicked on an ad or asked for a home price estimate. Many of the phone numbers were disconnected or the email addresses were bad. When I called to complain, a representative with Bold Leads told me I couldn't cancel my contract. Now, they don't even answer the phone. I have filed a complaint against Bold Leads with the Better Business Bureau.

I am writing to my fellow realtors, advising them to 'do the homework' when selecting a real estate leads company. I fell for their glamorous ads where you would get great leads and that they would support you. Well, I paid for 6 months of service and received no bonified leads. I would get double leads (husband and wife), realtor leads, and didn't even get the number of leads promised. So 'buyer beware'!

I signed up for $699 a month with a setup fee of about the same. Cool platform but they get their leads from Facebook and every lead but one was garbage. I had one client in 6 months of calling, emailing that I got from this system. I called repeatedly to change things, to try to get more out of it but in the end, the client was horrible, not boldleads fault on that but not worth the time and money spent to increase my business.
