Was a repeat customer for a couple years, noticed tardy shipping here and there, it would often take 2-3 weeks for my order to come when I paid for standard 5-7 day shipping. Was worth it for the selection. This time, it has been 2 months and it took several emails to even get a response saying shipping confirmation would follow, and it never did. Super unprofessional. I mean how hard is it to measure a rock, put it in a bag and ship it?

I purchased 22mm amethyst teardrop plugs & payed for fast shipping to treat myself for my upcoming birthday. If you have already bought from this company you know that the bigger the size the more expensive the plug. So not only did they arrive 3 weeks after I ordered them, they also were completely the wrong size & wrong stone. It's as if they just tossed some random pair in the package & shipped it off. It's been over a week now and they haven't answered my emails. I continue to complain & write bad reviews on Instagram.(which they delete) and no one seems to care that I spent $60 on this pair of plugs & have yet to receive what I actually paid for. Save yourself the hassle & buy somewhere else.

I placed an order in early September and expected it to be a little delayed because of Covid. After two weeks I had heard absolutely nothing, no confirmation email, no tracking number, nothing. I sent them at least 5 different emails with no response for about a month. I ended up filing a claim through PayPal and got my money back, but holy $#*! how are they allowed to do this? Are they even still a running business? Why are they still accepting orders on their site? Even after getting my money back I haven't heard anything from them. I'm pretty confident this place is a scam. Genuinely wish I could rate them negative stars.

Hi everyone, I'm having all the same problem as you and i wish i had looked at these reviews before ordering which i always do but one of my friends order from them so i thought they were legit. I placed my order two and a half weeks ago and have sent them multiple emails and dm on Instagram with no response. Im just wondering if everyone actually got their orders (even if its not correct) just so i don't feel the nervous that they stole from me...

This site said they were having a sale, where you buy a set of earring plugs (for gauged ears) and you'll get one free. I decided to take part, and spent $60 on two sets of plugs. I also paid extra money for 3-5 day shipping. Two weeks passed and I didn't get my plugs. I sent them 5 e-mails over the next week, and commented on their instagram (www.instagram.com/bodymodorganics). There was NO response to any of my inquiries. They deleted all of my comments (which basically asked where my product was and for them to please contact me), and then BLOCKED me after the 5th time of me commenting that week!
I sent them an e-mail saying I would report them, and I got an automated response that my product had been shipped. But when I clicked the tracking number, it said a label had been printed but no product had ever been shipped! They still did not return my e-mails. There isn't a customer service number on the site or anything.
***AVOID THIS SITE!***

The almost exact thing happened to me. I also bought the 5-7 day shipping and it's been well over 3 weeks. I sent emails and got no replies, I then went to instagram and left comments and they would take forever to reply but did. They would just repeat themselves "send us another email" then delete the comments or even the whole picture and post the picture again! Another girl had the same problems as me so I was glad to see im not alone while I was commenting my frustrations. I emailed them telling them how disappointed I am with the way they handle their "business" and said I want a full refund, they refunded me a total of... $3! Are you kidding me? I don't want your product anymore and I will never give them my buisness again.

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT even waste your time attempting to shop with them. They are unprofessional and rude.

I do a lot of on line buying and selling and I have never had a more irritating experience than this. My experience is very similar to all of these other ladies on here. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, never received a shipment confirmation but Bodymodoranics gladly took my money. I paid an additional $7.99 for "1 week shipping" it has been over 10 business days. I sent 3 emails to "*******@bodymodorganics.com" and no response even after they stated "When you submit this you'll get a reply within 24-36 hours Monday thru Friday." Not true. They will ignore your emails. Then when you try to reach them on social media (like instagram) they delete your comments with no reply. I still have not received my order and am in the process of trying to get a refund. These people are located in Portland, OR too, its not like they are over seas. Really disappointing and really unprofessional.

Ordered 4 pairs of jewelry from this website and a month and a half later recieved nothing. Tried contacting the seller twice, nothing. Opened a dispute with PayPal, and it was not until PayPal had to intervene that they sent my order (which I had asked to refund my money and forget about it) and upon receiving my order, which was today, over two months later, did I notice that they did not send s receipt and the only sent me 3 of the 4 pairs of plugs I had asked for. Huge hassle for low quality you can find on eBay. Not worth the trouble, stay away from this website for plugs!

Body Mod Organics is a scam of a company, and you don't even have to take my word for it. Check out their Facebook page, comments are disabled on every post, and that is no accident! I ordered two pair of tunnels during their Labor Day sale and paid for 5-9 day shipping. 10 days after placing my order, I received just one pair of the tunnels in a package from Portland, Oregon. I found it strange that my other pair of tunnels were not included, and there was not a receipt in the mailer. I sent an email to *******@bodymodorganic.net to inquire about the status of my other pair of tunnels. That same day, I received an automated email saying my shipping status had been updated. When I checked, it became clear this company is shady - my shipment was coming from "China Post", and the details were in Chinese, which I could not read. As of today, the last tracking update was posted 6 days ago and the brief English discription said the package was on its way to JFK airport. I did not order from BMO anticipating to receive cheaply made foreign products, and I didn't pay extra for specific shipping to be waiting this long. My order was placed 15 days ago, and I still have not received it in its entirety. Another email to the company has gone unanswered. Not only is this terrible customer service, it's a total lack of integrity. I wish I had read all of these other reviews before making a purchase, I am severely disappointed.

A while back I ordered
1.3/4" (19mm) teardrop moonstone plugs
2.3/4" (19mm) grab bag.

My grab bag included a pair of stone plugs and two sets of teardrops. The teardrops were VISIBLY larger than the plugs or even the moonstone plugs. I wrote customer service regarding the issue, with a picture of the moonstone on top of the other teardrops as a size comparison. I was asking if they could have mistakenly been labeled as 3/4 inch and if i could send them back for the correct sized plugs.

The woman who wrote me back, essentially, called me an idiot and told me that the larger plugs were only larger because of the "flare and shape". How is it that the moonstone ones (ALSO teardrop) were the correct size, and the other ones were significantly bigger?
I wasn't comparing the size from the flare, i was comparing the size from the inside.

Later, I had the plugs measured and they were in fact 7/8 (22mm)

Basically this company is garbage, their customer service is CRAP, and the shipping takes forever...
