Got the wrong order. Tried to contact them through the number on their website MULTIPLE times and have not received any call backs after leaving multiple messages. All the links to email them on their website are also dead so there's no way to get a hold of them that way. Pretty upset after spending almost 30 dollars with them and getting the wrong product.

Everything ordered came well packed and sterile... shipping was fast and confirmation email was nice...

Jewelry arrive sooner than expected, in prestine condition, and it was exactly what I ordered. No mix ups or fakes. I'm so happy!

I was missing product. I mean everything was fine with ordering and receiving it and tracking it. But I was missing the 2nd part of a pair of gauges. Sooo kind of annoyed...

I was overall pretty satisfied with my order. The only complaint I have is that 2 of the pieces of jewelry I purchased were different than what I was expecting. One was much smaller and the other was a different color

The product is not great. It works for what I want but the o rings are very small and flimsy and almost impossible to get on the backs of the tunnels. I've had much better o rings before that have worked better. Some of these ones have already broken and the product only arrived 3 days ago.

I'm very satisfied all around I like the prices & how fast my order is shipped to me... Definitely gonna start using more

When I got my rings first the bar didn't come out but when it finely did it was so hard to get back on I couldn't do it I wasted $20 then one of the rings was smaller then the other was not happy

I accidental ordered tongue rings and I meant to purchase the labrets. Instead of going through the whole return label thing, the customer service representative handled my situation by just sending the items I needed without the hassle. Well appreciated.

The jewelry is good quality and shipping is pretty fast but when I received my order, I was missing a piece of jewelry and have been charged for it. I've called, left a message, and emailed them and haven't heard back. Really wanted to like this site but due to this unfortunately, I won't be purchasing from here anymore.

The company is wonderful, but the earring that I purchased has a ball in the back, which is very small and too difficult to screw into the post. I dropped the ball and never found it. The earring is useless to me. They should have made the earring where the front screwed on and off, not the ball in the back.

Only received one of the 3 items I ordered. I ordered 3 different items and a few of each but the package only contained one of the items. Even when the receipt had all the items I ordered listed.

High quality, and excellent customer service! I will definitely order from them again. The only place I could find a titanium clicker that was pretty and dainty and not over $100.00

I was iffy about the quality of the items I bought due to how inexpensive they were but I'm happy to say I was wrong? Though the glass pair differ slightly they are still wonderful and I wear them often. I will definitely be a customer again.
