I don't like the fact that I could not sort the site's jewelry selection by gauge. Makes looking for jewelry of a particular size a hassle.

I ordered 5/16 piercings and got 3/8 which i hate to use
They can't be returned because I had to open the bag to see the size so now I'm stuck with them.

Got the product fast! Came exactly as expected. Plan on purchasing again. Only thing I would want is a notification email with tracking.

I bought an earring set & a nose ring and they both are wonderful! Easy to put in & super comfortable!

I bought a tongue ring for 20$ it was unassembled, when i wore it, it fell apart and I swallowed pieces. I am unable to contact bussinethe company as it has no e-mail address. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as it sells poor quality jewelry.

I actually ordered the nonmedicated piercing swabs, but received the medicated ones. I didn't notice till I opened the package and used the first one so I figured a return was out of her question. I'm sure these will work just fine.

I placed an order on Friday and never received a confirmation email. I called on Monday and a polite Customer Service agent confirmed my order was being processed. It took a week to receive it. I've ordered cheaper horseshoe earrings and had problems with losing the balls. So far, these seem better quality and I will likely order again.

I got everything ordered and the guy when I called was absolutely very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else

I never received a confirmation email for my purchase and I am still waiting to receive the products that were ordered 8 days ago, I understand there could have been some shipping delays but having absolutely no notification is quite aggravating

My order took a long time to arrive and one of the 12g tunnels is cracked and I'm not even able to wear it, very sad.

Earrings were a little bigger than I thought, but it was an error on my part for not reading all the description, no fault of the company. Purchases were very nice and well-put together and delivery was fast. No complaints here.

Two of the items I received were not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they sent a new package immediately however one of the new items I received was still incorrect and there was a note that what I ordered was unavailable.
